Cutie place with a great location! Super clean and plenty of sleeping space. Only downfall was parking (streets are for those with resident stickers). Some free spots available which an officer shows to us. Paid lot is right at the end of the street which was perfect. Factor in the extra cost. Kevin, the attendant was great and even let us leave and come back without paying again. After so many days gave us a bit of a discount. Would definitely recommend and go back!!

The listing it totally inaccurate, if you read his listing it list parking then farther down it says no parking available. Then we get there the welcome book says parking spot available for that unit and there was a parking pass. Also list grill and sitting area, nope, don’t bring food to grill like we did you will be out of luck. Oh then there are all the dead flies all over the window sills and the broken mini blinds that don’t open especially in one of the bedrooms, so no privacy. No washcloths provided. Laundry is $7 to wash and dry! I don’t know about anyone else but after paying this much and a $1500 damage deposit I expected at least clean and privacy!

We were very comfortable. The cottage was clean, bright, and spacious. We particularly enjoyed the small sunroom during morning coffee. We appreciated the amount of seating available.

Amazing stay

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach but away from the craziness of the night life. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Mark and their property highly enough.just amazing

Enjoyable stay

Cute place, well set up and maintained, other than the washer and dryer not working it was worth it. The cottage is not far from anything at Hampton, and I would consider staying here again.

Cute Beach house in great location

My family and I stayed in this cute apartment for a wedding. The host was very easy to communicate with and helped get us all setup. Beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean. Not only was the property great, it’s in a great location. Walking distance to the beach and bars! Off-site parking was a bit tricky but doable. Overall great experience and great host!

Great House super Clean

Overall it was a good stay. We had some problems with the upstairs renters running in the house at 7:00 am and a very loud neighbor the last night who had to be asked to move his party. We did notice that there were not nearly enough towels for eight guests and while the property says eight it more comfortably fits seven. Also the WiFi was awful. Most of the time it didn’t work for more than 5 minutes.

Beach trip

Place was clean and close to beach, a little hard to find as we arrived at night and the streets are small. Confused about the parking area as there are multiple no parking signs with different dates and times. Host was a little slow to respond, we didnt vet check in info till almost 6 when check in was at 4. Also never heard back from host after asking about parking.

Picture misleading

This property was very clean. The photo online isn’t the correct property listed. There are two condos in this location. The one in the picture isn’t the one that was rented to us. We were renting the downstairs one. There was some parking issues. At first we had two parking spots, then we didn’t have any. Then we had two again at the next house. The parking spot at the front door was taken by another person. The property was clean and neat.
