Easy check in process, close proximity to the beach, a small grocery store, but a huge plus for us was not having our room in the middle of the high traffic boardwalk area, but yet still on the same strip best of both worlds.

Property was nice but smaller than appeared in the picture. It was very close to the beach and clean upon our arrival. We would stay there again and the the host was very nice and helpful. Only bad thing is we had to buy a broom to sweep up the sand from walking in and out.

This property was perfect for us! A short walk to the beach, quiet location, very clean and nicely decorated. The host was very helpful and quick to answer any questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Hampton Beach

The scenery of the Atlantic ocean was beautiful and the building structures and shops really showed the authenticity of the New England area.

Beautiful n Cozy

This was our first girl trip and we had a blast. The small cozy cottage was beautiful and most importantly clean, perfect for our group. Sue was a great host and gave us accurate information about the property.

Great place. We were just there to fish, so we didn’t spend much time there. It served our purposes. Overall would definitely do it again. Very clean and no issues.

Would stay again

The place is small, but it was cute and clean and comfortable. It gave us everything we needed as 2 friends visiting hampton beach for a couple nights. Sue was friendly and gave detailed instructions on how to find the place and check in which made the check in process very easy. It's a short walk to the beach and walking distance to the main part of the boardwalk too so we didn't have to worry about driving or parking anywhere during our stay. I would definitely consider this place for future visits! Thank you Sue!
