Note - in June 2023, the queen bed was replaced with a king bed in the master bedroom and the twin beds were replaced with a queen bed. There is now a pull-out couch in the living room, allowing the entire unit to comfortably sleep 6. The listing shows professional photos prior to these changes to reflect the size and lighting of the rooms, and amateur photos to show the change. The listing will be updated soon with professional photos of the new changes.

This unit is located across the hall from an identical apartment that we also rent out. We do allow larger parties to book both units at once. Please message us if you're looking to reserve both to host a larger group.

Cleaning - Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc).

Important - We have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!

This condo is minutes from The Hampton Casino venue, Blue Ocean Concert Hall, and is a short car ride from the quaint seaside towns of Newburyport, MA and Portsmouth, NH and outlet shopping in beautiful Kittery, M.E. Hampton is perfectly located for a day trip to Boston, Portland, ME and the White Mountains. For Halloween, we are located only 38 Miles to Salem, Massachusetts.
