“Very clean and friendly for the most part except you were rushed by housekeeping to check out because they were busy. Overall a pleasant stay.”

“Sadly we only had a short stay and didn't get to take advantage of the wonderful amenities available to us between our short stay and rain. The grounds were lovely, the room was clean and well sized, everything was as advertised. There is a lot to do on site including daily scheduled activities. We would choose to stay here again if we return to the area.”

“The room was decent for the price. Traveled with spouse and small child. Beautiful view and nice balcony. Bedroom was spacious, and I liked that they had hand soap, body wash, and shampoo dispensers in the bathroom. Kitchen had all the necessities to cook, plus dish and dishwasher soap. Overall cleanliness wasnt bad. I do wish the floor had been cleaned before checkin. After wiping some water off the floor, the paper towel was pretty dirty from a small area. And my little ones feet and knees...

They refused to issue a full refund, and there was a complete lack of communication. No one took accountability, and now, five days later, I'm still trying to obtain the remainder of my refund. “Have sent multiple messages about the black mold the no soaker I upgraded to get the tubs dont hold water and so much more but the fact Noone responded to my messages at all shown me everything I needed to see will proceed foward”
