“Room not big enough for : suitcases What floor space there was was taken by a free standing AC unit the size of a small bar refrigerator which roared like a 747 picking clothes for the day involved houdini like manoeuvres!”

“Everything about this place is amazing. The service and the genuinely friendly and accomodating members of the staff made our stay really wonderful! Cute rooms and lovely breakfast too.”

“The accommodation was beautiful and every detail was catered for. The host was so helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was ordered and they delivered it in the morning. The food was delicious The hot tub was brilliant. The location was brilliant as we wanted to walk in the surrounding area”

“We booked through Expedia who then passed the wrong dates onto the accommodation.”

“Renovated clean place with a comfy double-bed (the bed sofa not so, unfortunately) and a small pentry with a micro-wave. No cooking facilities though. Close to bus stops, restaurants, city center and Brighton beach. Very neat and nice. Highly recommended ”

“Mycket trevlig liten pärla. Rekommenderas varmt. Fin utsikt , trevlig personal, god mat. Rent och fräscht. ”

“Excellent! Very nice staff and the best coffee in town. Very cosy and the location is perfect. Very nice and helpful with the parking. Thanks for the stay 🌸”

“Vi njöt var minut och älskade närheten till piren , strandpromenaden och havet,”

“Perfect little place for our weekend stay. Rooms and communal areas full of character making your stay homely and welcoming. Quiet, no noise from street and very little from other guests. Walk to top of the road and lots of restaurants and bars but really not much further into the centre or pier. Perfect for our show at the Brighton Dome. Beautiful freshly cooked breakfast with tweeks to suit your needs. All the trimmings of towels, toiletries, teas, biscuits, water etc but also nice...

“Staff was welcoming and kind. The room was spacious. The room's surface finishes had seen better days however. I appreciated the location of the hotel the most!”

“Very nice helpful staff. Good continental style breakfast. Nice individual styled rooms and bar/breakfast area. Great value and a nice change from the big hotel chains.”

“The temperature in the room was way passed 30 degrees. And the shower was dirty on the floor, drain didn't work properly so you stood in you own dirty shower water.”
