“Amazing view of snow capped mountains from our room. A very comfortable, clean room with a balcony. If heating is needed, a heater can be hired per day. Hot water can be a bit slow to begin but does heat up. The staff here were amazing and my thanks to all. Excellent room service and kitchen/restaurant staff who kept us very well fed. “Worst hotel ever! Paid 6K for deluxe room which isn’t spacious enough even for 2 people. Every member of their staff has their own version of information so it depends on your luck if you get the services at the least. And do check the amount they have invoiced you at the time of checkout as I said; nobody here is aware of anything so do yourself a favour and check each and everything they have billed you. Won’t recommend at all. ”

“It was highly inconvenient and the manager is highly disrespectful.They took the whole money before hand and we did not even stay there for the whole trip and checked out a day earlier and they didn’t refund a penny.. food was disgusting.. toilets clogged and food leaking .. highly unhygienic and stinky place .. I came all the way from Canada and I highly regret my decision. No courtesy .”

“We had a great stay in this hotel in Manali. The staff were friendly and courteous, the room was very comfortable and the meals were very good. Our overseas credit cards wouldn’t work so they allowed us to check in and stay the first night until we could locate an ATM to be able to pay in cash. We felt very safe in the area ”
