“The pool and electricity was shutdown for most of our stay which was a huge disappointment as we were staying there for our daughters 9th birthday”

“Charged me a resort fee for amenities that were not even available because they were all broken and not usable.”

“The room was clean and well kept, breakfast was amazing!”

“Great location for an October getaway. The room was more than comfortable.”

“Supernice hotel just outside Lenox. New and clean. Cosy to sit by the outdoor fireplace with your drink. The only downside for me was the not do equiped gym.”

“The price was right -- much cheaper than most hotels today. I stayed there because it was very close to relatives I was visiting unlike other hotels on Route 4. Made for easy visit with little driving on unfamiliar roads. I liked the early 20th century / late 19th century decor and look and feel. Game/community room was small but nice touch. Where could it be better? (1) Musty smell in hallway outside my room -- not sure why -- much of building was fine (2) Lack of washer/dryer/laundry...

“Room was clean, plenty of parking. Biggest down side is that the walls are quite thin; I could hear the person next to me snoring as if they were in the same room.”

“The Whitlock was OK. Nothing special, nothing terrible. It is bare bones. At least they had a coffee machine”
