“This is an outstanding property in a quiet, picturesque part of Stoke-on-Trent (the village of Barlaston). Morgan at Reception on Tuesday afternoon 15/7/25 was fantastic… very helpful, very pleasant! Dinner was very nice…and the wait staff pleasant and efficient! Our room was well appointed and beds very comfortable, with a nice ensuite and shower. This property exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend this property! Mycket vacker park att promenera omkring i, dessutom finns golfbana, tennisbana samt spa. Stor gratis parkering, vackra rum, mysig bar och fin miljö i restaurangen, bra service. Vi gjorde utflykter i området, bil är nog ett måste för att kunna ta sig någonstans. Hotellet kan verkligen rekommenderas.”
“Nice, clean with a nice local pub right across the courtyard. Very handy. However the pub is only open limited hours and no where else to eat within walking distance except a fish n chips joint. We stayed in apartment 3. Suited our family of 4 well, but note there is no mini fridge or micro that a family might hope for. Walls are thin too but not a big deal.

The breakfast service was very poor, the request for 2 toasts and 2 frieds eggs was not possible to meet from from Hotel.
On the other hand was the dinner service on the terrace very nice and good service.

“The room was beautiful. We had been to a wedding so they allowed late arrival back. The only feedback is they the room was stifling hot to enter. There wasn’t air conditioning but there was a fan they I was happy with. The pillows were so comfy and it was a luxurious stay. Would return. Breakfast was also delicious. ”

The soap and shampoo dispensers were fully stocked. The power shower was great and easy to use. There was hair dryer, ironing board and iron in the room and tea and coffee properly stocked. “Stayed for 2 nights for sabbath concert, check in pretty easy, room was nice, bed was comfy, thick pillows (maybe a little too thick but not an issue). Very close to bescot train station only a few min walk. We had food on first evening pizzas pricey but really nice.
