Dear Anonymous, I was distressed to read about your experiences and regret that our peaceful location did not match your preference. It was nice to hear that you found the resort beautiful. We take every guest concern seriously and work quickly to resolve. Please allow me to personally extend my sincere apologies for the inconvenience and frustration you experienced Regarding the hot water on the first night, we apologized missing explaining clearly on how to use the shower faucet upon your check-in. This lacking knowledge of using the shower faucet may cause the inconvenient in adjusting the hot water. However, our team had shown you the English usage signage in the shower room to solve this issue. Our property is a retreat resort, which aims to offer the natural experience for the guest to enjoy and relax. Insects can be found in resort area. Which this in mind, the resort has the procedure to protect the insect to access into the guest room as much as possible. Regarding the ants, the team had checked the room immediately once received the report on the second day and found the ant at the balcony area, where there was some leftover snacks. The housekeeping cleaned up the room immediately. However, we did not found an ant in the bathroom as mentioned. Lastly, due to the resort procedure and resort safety policy, the resort keeps the room as is before the guest moves to the new room. Thus we did not touch the room on the last night due to the agreement to offer the room upgrade for you as a special gift for your honeymoon as requested. Since the team had already informed the condition before and already prepared the new room for you to move in once you went back to the resort after the tour.
