Nice motel in the very small town od Hanksville. The room was big with all the amenities and confortable bed. Only negative was thet the extraction fan in the windowless bathroom had been removed. Fortunately we could norrow some airfreshener from the owner.

We were able to have our own rooms and plenty of space in the common areas… big living room with sectional couch, big dining room and and an eat-in kitchen that is fully equipped, allowing us to cook meals. Nice, quiet neighborhood near everything we needed.

This was one of the best places we have stayed. Would love to come back someday. Rooms were just so beautiful. So was the area the motel is in. Definitely would a stay. I wish we could have stayed longer.

The rooms were fairly updated. Newer and upgraded carpeting was nice to have. Most importantly, the staff made arrangements for me to checkin a little later, as I was traveling and not able to checkin until just after 10pm. I felt that was very thoughtful and proactive on their part. It was very much appreciated. The cleaning staff in the morning were getting after it. They were very nice and hospitable.

Well kept room for older motel. However I do question having short shag carpet as far as cleanliness goes. Room had all amenities which was really nice.
