Summary:
The penthouse above the rooftops of the Südstadt invites you to a fantastic time in Hanover. In just a few minutes you are at the Maschsee and there are a variety of cafes, restaurants, bakeries and shops in the immediate vicinity.

The 85-inch flat screen with retro console and Netflix also invites you to spend nice evenings on the sofa. The kitchen has everything you need and much more.

A bathroom and a separate toilet also enable a pleasant stay with up to 8 people.

The Space:
The penthouse has sleeping space for up to 8 people. It has 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each, set up as a king-size bed, an open sleeping area adjacent to the living room with 2 beds, also set up as a king-size bed, and 2 sofa beds in the living room. The beds can also be set up separately as single beds if desired.

The bedrooms all have a mirror, bedside table and lamp, an open wardrobe and one of the bedrooms is equipped with a work area (desk, office chair and table lamp).

The apartment has a spacious hallway from which you can access all rooms. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and washing machine, and all consumables such as shampoo, soap and hygiene sets are available for your stay. The additional toilet is particularly useful for larger groups of up to 8 people, because you can get ready here in parallel, etc.

The kitchen has a Bora hob, a Quooker tap, oven and plate warming drawer. The kitchen is equipped with everything a cook's heart desires. So you can spend good cooking evenings or something similar here.

The living room is really spacious at almost 50 m² and invites you to linger. An 85-inch TV with a games console and Netflix awaits you. For families, there is a small but fine selection of toys for children and a cot can also be booked free of charge on request.

Guest Access:
There is a key box at the entrance to the building. A key has been left here for you. You will receive the code for the key box early in the morning on the day of your arrival. After your stay, simply put the key back in the key box and everything is done.

Getting Around:
The accommodation is extremely well located, so many things are within walking distance. Public transport can be reached in 2 minutes ("Geibelstraße" tram stop), very cheap and easy to use - from here you can easily reach all corners of Hanover. Among other things, this tram runs directly to the trade fair.

What is more difficult is the parking situation in this city location, which is why we have booked a private parking space for you in a lockable courtyard. Directly on the premises of the accommodation.

The bakery “Bäckerei Borchers” one street further is fabulous; here you can get everything you need for a nice breakfast or cakes and pastries for the afternoon.

The "Tai-Pai" is one of the best Asian restaurants in the city - an absolute insider tip and located right in the neighborhood.

For a nice evening or a cocktail, you can visit the “Cafe & Bar Celona”. This is a chain, so nothing super exclusive, but good quality at decent prices.

For those of us who are sporty - there is also a Mc Fit right around the corner, so you can go over to the gym for a sports session.

Other Things to Note:
It is not easy to find a parking space in the city center of Hanover. You have a private parking space in the back yard of the building. Simply drive through the driveway and use parking space 7 with the sign "Staylight Penthouse".
