Not many options on the breakfast but the pho and omelett that was served was really good. Nice and clean rooms, but hard to get the right temperature in the shower. Nice staff.

Stor variation på kvalitet på rum..
Ett budgetalternativ för den som inte är kräsen. Rummen varierar mycket i standard. Vi hade bokat två nätter och fick först ett rum där sängkläderna och handdukarna var smutsiga och fönsterna inte gick att stänga. Fick då byta till ett annat rum i ungefär samma skick, där röret under handfatet var trasigt så att allt vatten rann rakt ut på golvet, och duschen satt knappt fast i väggen... Har aldrig sett ett värre hotell än de två rummen. Dag två fick vi byta till ett betydligt finare rum med bra standard som tur var. Som kompensation för vår dåliga upplevelse första natten bjöd hotellet på transfer till flygplatsen, vilket var väldigt snällt. Personalen var mycket vänliga och hjälpsamma hela tiden och gjorde allt de kunde för att få oss att trivas, ex bjöd på öl och vatten, osv. Hade vi fått det rummet vi fick andra natten direkt hade min recension blivit högre.

Bekvämt och trevligt
Trevlig och hjälpsam personal som väldigt hjärna hjälper till att boka resor och turer. Hotellet är rent men slitet på sina ställen. Dock inget att klaga över för det priset och läget. Skulle kunna bo här igen.

Slitet men rent! Stora hål i golvet i det rum vi bodde i samt spruckna dörrar och halvt nedrullade lister. Rent men kändes aldrig riktigt rent på grund av att det var så slitet. Bra frukost.

You can find a better place
The hotel is in a really poor condition. It's very noisy, so bring earplugs(that goes for every hotel in Hanoi). The staff is friendly, but one of the women at reception REALLY wants to book a tour for you. She is very nice and friendly but she will ask you every time she sees you if she can book you a tour. The breakfast is ok, you can choose two items on the menu, one drink and something to eat. We will not return

Personalen var mycket långsam och det tog alltid lång tid när man bad om de enklaste av saker. Rummet var jättestort, men det gick att värma upp med AC:n. Mycket bra läge mitt i gamla stan, prisvärt.

Vi tyckte det var bra för priset vi hade ett rum mot gatan å förväntade oss att bli störda av trafikbuller men det blev väldigt lugnt på kvällen så det var inget problem . Det var lätt å promenera runt härifrån till olika göromål.

Hotellet var väldigt bra för priset låg bra i gamla kvarten, trevlig personal å bra enkel frukost man fick välja i frukost menyn. Vi hade rum ut mot gatan men stördes nedåt inte så mycket av trafiken då det lugnade ner sig efter tio på kvällen

big difference between reality and pictures
There is a very big difference between reality and pictures on the website. The hotel is poorly maintained and the door lock is falling apart. Shower is weak and hard to control its temperature. Staff were quite friendly.

The hotel is a little odd. Be aware that the reception desk is on the second floor with a step staircase to get to it. There is an elevator to get to the guest rooms after climbing that initial set of stairs. But this would have been good information. Luckily there is someone that waits on the ground level to carry up the bags. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel location is right in the middle of some shops so it a little hard to see. it's probably 10 feet wide and blends right in to the other shops. The rooms are a little dated, not exactly like the pictures represent. But it was a fine hotel in a good location, close to the main sites. But just some things to be aware of when chosing this hotel.

The staff are really lovely and accommodating. We arrived around 3.30pm and our room wasn’t ready yet, and we had to wait another 15-20mon. The TV wasn’t working, and the bottles in the fridge (even though there was no sign) was chargeable so we got told after we used it. There’s no fly screen in the bathroom. However there was chicken pho for breakfast which was really nice.

Ok overall, wouldn't return again
Hotel bears little resemblance to the photos online. Hotel closes doors early at night so have to ring bell, which is fine but was treated as if we did something wrong when returning. Was only 10.30 and around midnight on 2 nights. Otherwise we had a good experience but these are things to consider if looking to book. Very good location in old quarter near a lot of attractions. Breakfast was nice but small options- eggs or noodle soup. Rooms despite being bit worn had all essentials and was very clean

旧市街の中にあって、飲食店やマッサージ屋さんがたくさんあり、夜遅くまで営業しているので、とても楽しめました。 ホーチミン廟やホアンキエム湖等の主要な観光エリアにも少々ありますが徒歩で行ける範囲で、楽しむことができました。 日本語は通じませんが、ゆっくり英語で話をしてくださるので、十分なコミュニケーションを図ることができました。

Great Host(s), Location, and Value!
We loved our stay here! Mr. Ryan was a fantastic host. Either able to support you, or direct you if he can't. We have been on the road for the last month and Mr.Ryan is still one of the only hosts to reach out to us first, introduce himself, and offer support. While the rooms could use a deeper clean, it was a great price, and a great location if you want a taste of the old town- and breakfast was delicious! *One small tip: if you're paying for a driver to pick you up, ensure the "waiting fee" is accurate This was the first hotel of our vacation, and we thought it fit Hanoi's charm perfectly.

Wonderful Stay!
I loved it here so much on my first visit that I booked it again. The rooms are lovely, just like in the photos. The room was clean and well prepared for my arrival. The location is very central and in close walking distance to everything in Old Quarter. The service was phenomenal! All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There’s an elevator which makes it easy to get to your room. And the breakfast was a nice bonus. All for a highly affordable price. Great hotel!

Great Hotel!
Everything about this hotel was perfect for me. The room was clean and looked modern and stylish, the bathroom was clean and modern as well. The service was outstanding! There’s even a breakfast from 7-9am. That was a nice surprise. The location is centrally located. Also, the price was outstanding. I 100% recommend

The service is 20 out of 10! They treated us like a family and gave the best support like 5 star hotel. The location is close to local food stalls. Their breakfast was brilliant. They offer airport transfer with extra charges. The price was good. The room was clean. What can be improved is the water pressure on the 6th floor and the temperature. The shower didn't work that well and the water was either cold or too hot. Overall my family and I loved the service there. ❤❤❤❤❤❤

Most are on streets if you want to try… Restaurants a little bit farway.. walking close to Ho Hoan Kiemm lake and city tour sightseeing bus as EV tour …

Nicest Hotel Staff and Comfortable Stay
We had an amazing time in Hanoi. The hotel staff members were the nicest I have ever met; they made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. They gave us amazing dining recommendations and great tips for the excursions, even if we had booked them with a different agency. The room and shower were spotless, quiet, and cozy. The beds were comfortable. The location at the heart of the night market was great. The provided warm breakfast was pretty good, especially the ripe bananas and the warm pho. Overall would strongly recommend: this is a comfortable hotel with staff that will go above and beyond to make you feel at home.
