Wonderful stay!
The staff was friendly and helpful; the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast, which was included, was spectacular. The best included hotel breakfast we’ve ever had, and we are frequent travelers. A great find at a reasonable cost!

Very lovely hotel run very well in the city center
This hotel was extremely well run with great English speaking staff and attentive care taken throughout my stay. Staff were always ready to lend a helping hand without being overzealous. Big thanks for the valet parking of my motorbike during my stay without complaint. Manager was helpful in booking my transport to the airport. Great views of the city at night from the balcony. Stupendously comfortable rooms with great showers. we really enjoy our stay.

Loved our stay...will be back soon!
The hotel is so centrally located... every attraction is at a walking distance, market is close by, restaurants and grocery stores are all very nearby... It is also very peaceful at night.. Love the interior of the room... very beautiful and vintage decor...classily designed... the beds are very comfortable and we had a lovely stay here... Special mention for the staff of hotel who were very helpful and had very good knowledge about their city and will help you with recommendations on where to get good food, coffee and shop. Will definitely stay here again!

Excellent Stay!
This staff at this hotel were so helpful in making our stay a smooth and pleasant one. From the moment we arrived we received excellent service. They answered all our questions and even made it easy for us to do a Halong Bay Cruise. It was my daughter's birthday celebration and though I did not communicate this to the hotel staff they did so to the Cruise staff and on return to the hotel they prepared the bedroom with balloons to greet her.Their attention to detail is outstanding! Added to that the location is in the heart of Old Quarters and easy walk to other attractions.

A very nice charming hotel to stay
The reception was very friendly, updating my standard room to a beautiful room with balcony and nice view on the city, without even request of mine; and all staff made me love the hotel. The room and the bathroom - were very large. Breakfast is served in a luminous room viewing the street. There is a great buffet with excellent cheeses.

We got a family room for some reason although I had made a reservation for 2. So we got the worse room in the hotel I would assume (wheb compared to pictures of other room types). No elevator from lobby, need to take the stairs to secon floor to get elevator. Out of 3 hotels in Hanoi this was the lowest standard. Staff good thought

Good value for money. Highly recommended
I think we got a special price because the We paid for a very comfortable room with a balcony and breakfast included. It is situated in the old town and just 10 minutes walk from the lake and the streets with the street food and terraces/bars for drinks. The staff are very kind and helpful and we will certainly recommend this hotel.

Good Location
Staff were helpful and welcoming, the room was comfortable, and the location was extremely convenient - on the same street as several excellent cafes (Hoth Coffee and Tea, and Blackbird Coffee, both great) in the center of the old city, easily walkable to Hoan Kiem lake for peace and quiet.

Don't hesitate if you can book a room here. In terms of price/quality you can't beat this choice. On a side street it is relatively quiet. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast room and offer is "results oriented"; it doesn't pretend to be classy, but it is ever so tasty. The pancakes are really very good. The fruits and bread, and other choices, all very enjoyable.

I had a lovely stay, enjoying it so much I ended up extending. The staff were incredible and always helpful a shoutout to Jimmy for being a great help always. The room was everything I could ask for after a long day of travelling. Breakfast was set up well and had everything you could want. Finally the location is perfect being located in the hussle and bussle of it all in a busy street there is always something to do or see. I would definitely stay here again :).

This hotel is an excellent choice. Good location and comfortable bed! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Mr. Jim especially went out of his way everytime to help booking tours, recommending places to eat and fixing a minor problem with the TV. I actually booked another night at this hotel solely because Mr. Jim was so helpful...

My husband and I stayed three nights. One of the most welcoming hotels we have ever stayed at. A week before we arrived, the hotel reached out to us to find out if we needed a taxi from the airport and offered discounted rates for tours. We were coming from another part of Vietnam so we did not require the taxi and we had already been on the tours they were offering, so we did not take up the tour offer either; but it was nice to know it was all available to us. The actual hotel is well situated and the rooms and breakfast were fantastic. The staff were attentive and keen to assist. Jenny ‘our’ receptionist (as she was the one who welcomed us on our first day), was super helpful.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful with planning for everything from the Water Puppet show, Ha Long Bay tours, and what to see in Ha Noi. Breakfast was delicious and the location was very close to Hoan Kiem lake, which was convenient. They even were super flexible about adjusting our stay when we missed our flight connection to Ha Noi - I would definitely recommend you to stay here.

The location was perfect for all we wanted to see in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. The staff are just exceptional. They go out of their way to help. We never usually book things through hotels but the staff booked our transfers to Sa Pa for the same price we could book online and even made us a packed lunch! They also kept our bags for the time we were away. The place is clean and has a cute charm. Just loved our time here

I really love this hotel in Hanoi. It has a good location, very close to night market and center. Moreover, surrounding local food is delicious and diverse! The staff is excellent, friendly, and helpful ( Jim, Jenny and Sully)

Nice hotel in the center of the old town. Close to shopping, restaurants and tourist attractions. Restaurant breakfast was good. Staff was excellent. Did have to move rooms due to electrical problem.

Hotel features a Royal style. The breakfast is delicious and diverse. You can early check in in the morning if the room is available. Jimmy and Sulli are very kind, asking them if you have any question about the famous destination. The hotel provides excellent service. However, the prices are slightly higher during the holiday season. Halong and Ninh Binh tours were excellent, with well-planned excursions that allowed me to explore the area's hidden beauties. I can't say enough about this hotel and its excellent service. I will come back here soon!

Best hotel in hanoi, I had a great time! The location very close to the lake and old quarter. Sulli in particular was amazing, so kind and friendly. Halong bay and sapa booking the trip from Jimmy and I would like to recommend to anyone come to stay and booking the trip from here. Highly recommend!
