En liten pärla
Ett fantastiskt litet hotel i Hanoi gamla kvarter. Förmodligen det bästa mottagandet vi fått på något Hotel. Fantastiskt trevligt bemötande och information om allt som rörde vår vistelse plus lite till. Ihop med härligt sval handduk, välkomstdrink och lite frukt och en kaka. Kan verkligen rekommendera detta Hotel. Personalen är otroligt vänliga och trevliga. På rummet finns allt du förväntar dig och lite till.

Ett fantastiskt litet hotel i Hanoi gamla kvarter. Förmodligen det bästa mottagandet vi fått på något Hotel. Kan verkligen rekommendera detta Hotel. Personalen är otroligt vänliga och trevliga. På rummet finns allt du förväntar dig och lite till.

Suverän service och bra läge
Litet mysigt hotell mitt i Hanoi's Old Town. Stökigt och stojigt på gatan, men lugnt och stillsamt på hotellet. Hjälper till med transport från flygplatsen. Fungerade utmärkt och betalades på hotellet. Bilen hann knappast stanna på den livligt trafikerade gatan innan personalen tog hand om oss och vårt bagage. Brian, the Manager, tog hand om oss direkt och berättade om hotellet och stadens sevärdigheter, som markerades på karta. Vårt rum var kanske i minsta laget, men fungerade bra. Välfungerande resebyrå som hjälpte till med att ordna kryssning på Halong Bay samt biljetter till nattåget till Hue. När vi kom tillbaka från kryssningen var vi utcheckade, men erbjöds ändå ett rum för att kunna dusch innan nattåget. Bra frukost ingår. Suveränt! Kan varmt rekommenderas.

Man får det man betalar för
Hotellet låg mitt i smeten så det var ett stort plus. Det var ett rymligt rum dock kanske skulle behövas fixas lite här och där... Lite för hårda kuddar för min smak. Bra AC och väldigt grym frukost då man fick saker lagade när man beställde. Personalen är väldigt serviceminded och hjälper dig mer än gärna med allt. Inte lyhört men vi bodde på första våningen.... Varje dag bjöd de på frukt, kakor och vatten inne i rummet :) Vi fick även välkomstdrinkar och när vi satt i lobbyn och väntade på taxi kom de med ett varsit glas med vatten!

A fine property, with good breakfast and eager to please staff. Conveniently situated in the midst the chaotic frenzy of Hanoi's challenging motorbike and car traffic. The only thing lacking was an English-language television news channel, an amenity found in other hotels even in smaller cities, like Hoi An and Hue. One likes to know what's going on outside Hanoi, too.

This hotel was conveniently located in the old town area. The staff were very polite and accommodating to me even though I was not fluent in English. They recommended restaurants and sightseeing spots, greeted me when I returned to the hotel, and welcomed me as if I were at home. The restaurants recommended were all delicious, close to the hotel, and reasonably priced. Also, I had a car arranged for me to take me to the airport, and it was cheaper than Grab, the car was larger, and the driver was polite and comfortable. If they could improve it further, I would like them to be disposable slippers. Although it is not eco-friendly, it is necessary as a countermeasure against coronavirus. If I ever go to Hanoi again, I would like to use it again. thank you very much.

If I could give more gold stars rating Lavender Hotel I would! From the second I stepped out of my taxi in front of the hotel, I was made to feel like royalty. A doorman brought my luggage into the lobby, I was checked in quickly and my luggage was taken to my room. I was offered hot tea too. It was very quiet. The bed, pillows was and cotton sheets were perfect. This hotel was probably built in the 1920’s or 1930’s. The lift , electrical, plumbing and bathroom have all been updated without losing the historical charm of the building. The bathroom was beautiful! Breakfast was incredibly delicious; with many choices on the buffet as well other items cooked to order. It’s located in the middle of the Old Quarter. If you’re looking for modern then it would be best to choose another part of the city. Every hotel and building in the Old Quarter is historic. It’s wonderful!

We loved the staff at the property. The went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great! The location is right in the heart of Old Town and easy walking distance to many amenities and sites. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We highly recommend this property if you want to experience Old Town Hanoi!

Very nice boutique hotel. Staff were wonderful. A very nice breakfast was included with a lot of variety. Close to Hoan Kiem Lake and a lot of street food and restaurant options. Great value for money.

Ho dato il massimo delle stelle per il rapporto qualità prezzo location . Hotel molto carino in pieno old quarter di Hanoi . Il personale è davvero molto gentile sia i ragzzi alla reception che quelli al DESK che quelli in cucina. Abbiamo prenotato con loro trasfert per aeroporto a prezzi onesti . La stanza un po’ piccolina ma per il centro di Hanoi va bene e poi sei al centro centro . La notte non si sentono rumori esterni. Vale il prezzo

Good location. Excellent service. Breakfast was good. Room was a bit tight, but it was functional. The “city view” was not much of a view. More of a view of the air conditioner. They moved us for the extra night coming back from Ha Long Bay to their sister property. Their sister hotel, the Rex Hanoi, was much better with regards to room and facilities. The Lavender is okay if you’re only staying a couple of nights and don’t mind the minimalist facilities. Otherwise I’d choose the Rex Hanoi.

Staff and service was excellent. Breakfast was was typical, but the service was excellent. The only issue was that the room required a deep cleaning. The room itself was tidy and clean upon first entering, but under closer inspection, the room was in need of a deep cleaning. The bed, floor, and bathroom were clean enough. I would not choose to stay at this hotel again. On our return from Ha Long Bay, we were moved to their sister hotel due to “issues” with the air conditioner in our room. We were moved to the Rex Hanoi Hotel. The hotel had more amenities and the room appeared to be in a better state. I would stay at this property again.

This little gem of a hotel is very close to all the action. Dozens of restaurants, clubs and bars, foot massages and small stores. The staff is superb! The property, though a bit dated, is spotless clean and safe. I highly recommend Lavender Central.

The bed in our room was so amazing! King sized and had good quality mattress and sheets. The only problem I had was the room was a bit small. Otherwise, I have no issues with our stay.

This hotel is a complete mess, it is dirty everywhere, the smell of mug is so bad that you get a headache within a few minutes. Wallpaper is falling off, it is really a mystery for me how it can get so many good reviews. Many better options for less price.
