Dear Mr. Henry,We are truly disheartened to learn of your conerns regarding your recent stay with us, and we thank you for taking the time to share this feeback.Our air-conditioning system is one central unit which will controll the cooling or heating for all the rooms of several floors and it is one shortcoming of our system that it cannot adjust each room individually.
