Check-in time begins at 4:00 pm, allowing you to settle in and start enjoying your accommodations. When it's time to depart, check-out is at 10:00 am, allowing our team ample time to prepare for the next guests.

• There is a $500 fine for every unauthorized guest

• No Smoking - we charge a $1000 fine for smoking

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.

• We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a $50 fee by purchasing damage waiver coverage.



PLEASE NOTE:

• Due to the septic system, only toilet paper may be flushed. No wipes, paper towels, or other items.

• In the master shower, please stand at least 2 feet away from the steam spout to avoid direct contact with hot steam.

• Pest Control Notice: Routine pest control service occurs on the second Tuesday of every even-numbered month (June, August, October, December, etc.). If your stay falls during this window, a technician may briefly visit the property for standard maintenance. Thank you for your understanding!
