This large pool house is ideally located just 500 meters from the North Sea at Vejlby Klit. Built in 2008 and renovated in 2020, this house offers modern facilities and a cozy atmosphere, ensuring that up to 20 people can enjoy an unforgettable stay. With a spacious plot of 2700 square meters and a house area of 270 square meters, there is plenty of room for both relaxation and fun for the whole family.



The house is not rented out to youth groups/party groups.



Inside you can find seven comfortable bedrooms, including four bedrooms with double beds and three bedrooms with 4 bunk beds each, which in total offers sleeping space for 20 people. The house is perfect for families or groups, who want to spend time together but still need space and privacy. For the little ones, there is both a cot and a high chair available, so that everyone can feel at home.



The home is equipped with three modern bathrooms, all with a shower, toilet and washbasin. Underfloor heating ensures a comfortable temperature, even on the colder days, and the bathrooms also have underfloor heating for extra comfort. The open living room is equipped with a wood-burning stove, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Here you can gather around the large television, which offers both Danish and German TV as well as Chromecast for streaming your favorite movies and series.



For those who love to cook, the kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a microwave, oven, 4 ceramic hobs, dishwasher and a large 90-litre fridge with freezer. This makes it easy to prepare delicious meals for the whole group. There is also a tumble dryer and washing machine available, which is practical after a day at the beach.



Outside you will find a large terrace, perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation, as well as a large open barbecue hut for cozy summer evenings. For the adventurous, there is a bouncy castle, swings and a slide for the children, as well as a water slide by the indoor pool, where everyone can enjoy hours of fun and games. In the pool room, there is also a spa with space for up to seven people, as well as an infrared sauna, where you can relax and pamper yourself.



The house also offers entertainment with table football and pool/billiards, so there is no need to get bored. With wireless internet, you can easily stay connected if you wish. With pets allowed, you can also take your four-legged friends on holiday. This house is truly an oasis for those looking for a well-equipped and comfortable holiday home in scenic surroundings.
