En kort promenad upp på gatan från Harbor Beach Mariana, världens största mangjorda hamn (med 6 offentliga båtlanseringar och 114 båtlister) och Grice maritime museum. Vakna till magnifika andetagande soluppgångar för att börja dina dagar äventyr och utforskning. Strax norr om den charmiga lilla sjön staden Harbour Beach en liten stad, med många alternativ inklusive vatten parker med sandstränder och fiske brygga, lätta hus turer, museer, bibliotek, biograf. bönder marknad, festivaler och konstmässor säsongsmässigt på Murphy museet varje fredag 24 maj - 11 okt, från 2-6 PM. Harbor Beach Maritime festivaler 11-14 juli. En fotgängare cykel / vandringsled strax nerför gatan från vårt hem kopplar allt. Det finns en kajak-åtkomstpunkt vid Trescott gågata. Utflykter av vårt 1885 ljushus är tillgängliga på lördagar under hela sommaren. Museer, bibliotek, biograf. Plus bara en kort bilresa till andra roliga Lake Huron främsta städer som Port Hope, Grindstone, Caseville, Port Austin. För mer information och saker att göra, kolla Harbour Beaches hemsida. Du har tillgång till hela rymden och grunder hela vägen till vattnet. där det finns en brandring på stranden och loggplatsen, är du välkommen att använda säkert på egen risk. Det finns gott om trä att samla på fastigheten för användning i brandringen.

Cozy cabin, quiet neighborhood

The house was very cozy and clean, perfect for 2 people. It's not far from restaurants and beaches. We had bonfires every night. It was unfortunate we were unable to access the lake from this property as the lake was very low, but the view was still phenomenal.

The owner provided a lock box code, so that we could access the front door key. A ring door bell camera system is available to communicate with the owner, but we did not use it. Joe reached out to us several different times by phone and text to make sure that everything was going okay. The Lake Huron beach at the cottage is not a swimming beach, but offered many days of peaceful relaxation. The kitchen had everything we needed for our week long stay. The town of Harbor Beach is located within a 20 minute walk. Several nice and inexpensive restaurants with good food can be found within a 20 minute drive. We recommend Boondocks and Lewisville BBQ.

Little Spec of Paradise

Weekend Getaway

This little cabin was great for a relaxing weekend getaway. This place checked all our boxes and it was a perfect size for my husband and I. It was a bummer we couldn't walk out from the cabin and swim in the lake. That was something we were looking forward to the most. The beach wasn't too far down the road so it worked out. I'd recommend this place to any looking for a quiet getaway.

Great location. Trail to the water was a bit overgrown, but still very manageable. The house is adorable and SUPER clean. Kitchen is fully stocked with whatever you might need. New appliances and furniture. Would stay again.

Greatly enjoyed our stay!

We were looking for a quiet, peaceful place by the lake where we could get away for our anniversary and just rest and relax for a few days. It was exactly what we were looking for! The house was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. We loved being close to the lake. The owner, Joe, was very kind and helpful. We will definitely be back! :-)

Girls Getaway

The cottage was so cute! Updated interior. The cottage had everything we needed. Lakefront property with sunrise views and deer in the yard. We enjoyed walks. Short drive to town. Owner was available for anything we may have needed. We would definitely return!

Close to water

The house was very clean and checkin was easy. Nicely supplied. The water was very low at the Lake so could not get close. Beautiful view at the beach, not able to see the Lake view from house but it was a very short walk. Meet a deer on my way to see the sunrise, she just stood there and we were like that for a few seconds! Great pics of the sunrise and full moon over Lake Huron, which is why we choose the house. Cute place and had everything we needed!

Anniversary trip

We enjoyed our stay. The house seems newly renovated, clean and comfortable. The view was beautiful just as the pictures show with a nice little walk to the beach. Very scenic for an October getaway up north.

Great spot right on the lake!

This is a beautiful and quiet property. It’s right on the lake and it has everything you need for a quiet getaway. We enjoyed the fire pit on the lake every evening. The price is very reasonable and totally worth it. The owner is great and was always available to answer questions.

Very Quaint! Perfect for 1-2 people.

The house that has been remodeled modernly. Very close to Lake Huron, though water is low right now. It was well-appointed, everything you needed was there. Owner was thoughtful, he checked in on us twice.

Peaceful getaway

I was looking for somewhere quiet and peaceful and I definitely found it here! Incredible property with quiet private beach. The only suggestion I have, is the walking path could use a grooming. Lots of overgrowth with picker bushes. Had a perfect time, I will definitely be back!
