Apparently one is required to specifically request it in check in which is something I have never experienced in all my travels In addition it was impossible to get a plain cup of coffee out of the common coffee dispenser in the lobby. “Simply outstanding! From arrival to departure, everything was 5 stars. This was our second time staying at this wonderful hotel. Staff greeted us with a friendly smile and a warm “welcome back.” The room (#16) was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. Additionally, the included amenities throughout the hotel and in our room were top shelf/first class…no one does it better! We shall definitely return. Highly recommended. ”

“Clean rooms. Staff wasn’t overly welcoming and didn’t go out of their way, just average. They didn’t provide enough towels, always had to ask for more. Attached restaurant was terrible, always out of basic items and service was slow, didn’t match expectations based on their website. Room was very big, but one half of the curtain didn’t work, so we could only open half the blind. Also storage was a bit of an issue, for such a large room it didn’t offer much.
