The condo itself was very clean and as described on the vrbo app. I will say if you are staying when it rains, be prepared to have a flooded bathroom. The pond behind the condo overflowed during our stay and was coming into the bathroom walls from the outside. The maintenance from Trout Creek provided us with 3 extra towels, to wipe it up. It was an all day rain and a heavy rain at that, so I don’t think it’s common. But just a heads up. If you communicate through the app, the host that is listed does not want to have communication. When asked questions, they were then directed to someone who manages the listing. Just another heads up when using the vrbo communication service. It may not go to the right person.Check-in information was said to have been sent via email, and maybe in my junk or spam email. However that was never received and we had to go through vrbo support, the host himself, who again was confused why he was being contacted then eventually given the number to the person who manages the property. When it was the night before our check-in. After receiving Crystals number she was very helpful. We did enjoy our stay, and the ground’s amenities are great.
