  • Beautifully appointed 5-bedroom, 5.5-bath home located in the Historic Wequetonsing Landowners Association in Harbor Springs, just a short walk to downtown and the local beaches. Bright, spacious, and welcoming, this residence showcases Harbor Springs living at its finest.
    Situated on Pennsylvania Avenue, the home is central to everything Harbor Springs has to offer. Inside, you’ll find granite countertops, high-end appliances, a stone fireplace, a formal dining area, and a large, inviting porch ideal for summer evenings.
    All five bedrooms are located on the second floor, along with a conveniently placed laundry room. The layout includes a shared full bathroom with a glass shower, four additional ensuite bedrooms, and a fifth bedroom featuring both a twin and a double bed.

Nice home

Great location and home. Clean and well equipped. Only negatives: 3 TVs didn't work; multiple missing light bulbs; towels weren't hanging in bathrooms; many do not use signs such as fireplace and spa tub; and adjacent construction that started as early as 6:15am with loud noise. Despite this would stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The ONLY thing I would suggest is getting new sheets for the master bedroom. The sheets were quite old and pilled. That is it! Another great Graham Management vacation, thank you.

We each had our own space. The furniture was comfortable. I had a little view of the water from the master bedroom. We enjoyed our stay!
