Its location is simply privileged: just 10 metres from a small and charming beach, where you can hear the sound of the sea from the house's door and take a dip whenever you feel like it.



    Moreover, you will find yourself just 500 metres from the famous La Garita Beach, one of the most beloved beaches in the area, perfect for enjoying the sun and the ocean. Within a few minutes' walk, you can also discover the spectacular natural pools of Arrieta, an authentic volcanic treasure ideal for relaxing and contemplating the landscape.



    The property, located at street level, features a cosy terrace with furniture, a perfect spot to start the day with a breakfast in the sun, read peacefully or toast with a glass of wine at sunset while feeling the sea breeze.



    Inside you will find a spacious and bright living room, designed for relaxation after a day at the beach or exploring the island. It features a television and a fully equipped American kitchen with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and everything necessary to make you feel at home during your stay.



    The accommodation has two bright and comfortable bedrooms, both with two single beds that can be joined according to your needs and with built-in wardrobes for greater comfort.



    The accommodation also has two bathrooms with a shower, one of them equipped with a washing machine to make your stay even more practical and comfortable.



    It is the ideal place for families, couples or groups of friends looking to combine relaxation, beach, gastronomy and the authentic essence of Lanzarote, in a tranquil environment with the sea practically at the doorstep.

Gillade: Renlighet, incheckning, kommunikation och plats
On arrival there was nothing to welcome us – no welcome message, no welcome pack and no book of words relating to the property with useful information like was the water drinkable, did paper need to be put in the toilet or the bin etc. There was no information about the local area, or Lanzarote as a whole which you would most likely find in other properties. There were also no instructions as to how to operate any of the appliances.As the property shared 3 walls there was only the one door/window at the frontTo get to the second bathroom you had to go through 3 doors from one of the bedrooms, and you could barely squeeze inside.The property is advertised as sleeping 4, but there were only 2 outside chairs, and only 1 inside along with a settee. We bought 2 plastic chairs so we could entertain friends who were staying nearby.Some of the appliances were looking a bit worse for wear, and various items were missing. Iron and board, fire extinguisher, first aid kit and smoke detector. Also no shelves in the oven which I have never come across before. Other items which would have been useful which we went out and bought for a few euros – pegs, chopping board, ice cube tray and washing up bowl (Lanzarote has a severe water shortage at the moment)Positives – location, good size, very clean, close to shops and restaurants.
