Distressed wood paneling and farmhouse-inspired decor maintain the pastoral charm throughout the single-level interior, while updated furnishings and appliances ensure total family comfort and convenience. A smart TV sets the stage for cozy home entertainment in the living room. Deluxe stainless steel appliances are equipped to add an elevated touch to down-home country cooking. There's also a gas grill out on the patio for authentic Texas barbecues. Fun can be found in the game room featuring a Ping-Pong table. A sunny reading room with a window nook and custom library offers a cozy spot for some quiet reading.

Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts.
The woodstove is not operational.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
