    Property Information

    The cabin sits on the back four acres of our 12-acre property, approximately 138 feet behind our home. It has its own private access road and is positioned to provide privacy for both guests and hosts.

    Please Note:

    Hunting is not permitted on the property.
    As with any rural Hill Country property, wildlife such as deer, snakes, raccoons, and other native animals may be present. If exploring the property, please stay aware of your surroundings and use caution when driving at night.
    While we regularly treat for pests, occasional bugs, spiders, or scorpions may still find their way indoors.
    A security camera is located along the access road before reaching the cabin. It faces the road only and does not monitor the cabin or guest areas.

Relaxing Stay

We had a great stress free time here! The host were so nice and welcoming to me and my family. They made it a great experience for my son's small birthday celebration. Definitely coming back for our next getaway.

Nice Visit

We stayed 2 nights on our way to Big Bend as a half way point. Property nicely decorated and everything we needed inside to have a nice stay. Saw a lot of deer.

Quaint cabin in the Hill Country

Wonderful property!

We chose this cabin for our girl trip, and we’re so happy we did! We had a great time in spite of an unexpected cold front. The cabin was perfect, so cute, you won’t be disappointed. Will and Kelli are awesome host, so thoughtful and accommodating. We are looking forward to our next visit!

Most Memorable Mother/Daughter Weekend

The girls and I chose this precious cabin and planned our weekend activities afterwards! Kelli and Will were the most gracious hosts - the cabin had everything we needed, was so comfortable and relaxing! The views were outstanding. Seeing deer and wildlife roam about added to our relaxing weekend. We highly recommend this sweet cabin for any one or group that wants to get away! It's the perfect distance from surrounding touristy spots!

Amazing getaway

Kelli was a wonderful host. She truly thought of everything. This cabin is great for a peace and quiet get away. Great for star gazing and sitting around the fire pit. Full kitchen was a real plus. Also allowing one dog made it a true family vacation! Thank you so much.

Kelli and Will’s cabin is immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and absolutely lovely. We had a couple of unfortunate accidents and insisted we have a relaxing stay. Kelli is an amazing hostess (5⭐️). (We are sure will is too but had no interaction with him.). We would go again.

Secluded

Will & Kelli are fantastic, the cabin was well appointed and comfortable. It's a terrific spot on high elevation that was perfect for watching two big thunder-storms roll in on two different evenings. Also great for star-gazing and watching the 'super' moon rise during the time we were there. Will be back. The Longhorn Cafe in Harper was great for breakfast & lunch too!

Peaceful and private cabin

Communication with the hosts was easy and efficient. The hosts provided excellent directions and instructions, resulting in an effortless check in/out process. The cabin was spotless, well stocked, and absolutely adorable. Definitely more spacious than I had anticipated. There was a great assortment of DVD’s, books, board games, magazines, and a binder detailing nearby restaurants and shopping. By far, this is the absolute best VRBO that my husband and I have stayed at. The entire cabin is immaculate, organized, and comfortable. The cabin has a great fenced in yard with manicured green grass, outdoor table and chairs to enjoy watching the deer, birds, and butterflies. It was so relaxing and peaceful to enjoy our morning coffee outside while watching the wildlife and all the beautiful wildflowers. The sunrises and sunsets are just beautiful here. The thoughtfulness, attention to detail, and love that the hosts have put into the cabin and property as well as the privacy makes this place so special and serene. We highly recommend this VRBO! Thank you, for a wonderful stay.

Starry Nights and Tranquil Days

I had a most enjoyable time relaxing at a lovely place in the hill country of Texas. I visited Will and Kelli's Vrbo with my 90-year old dad and my nine month old dog. We loved the quiet of the environment and Taka loved to see/smell/dream of the deer wandering about. The outside of the cabin was basic; the inside, welcoming and nicely decorated. The pictures do it justice. All my cooking needs were accommodated and the cabin had a well-stocked pantry. Of the few questions we had, Will and Kelli were right on it. I most enjoyed sitting at the outside table with my dad and my dog and watching the spectacularly colorful sunsets. We were truly lucky when a rain shower left us with a double rainbow, two perfect arcs stretching from horizon to horizon, its beauty unparalleled. Such a treat for my dad! Highly recommend for a peaceful setting and gracious hosts.

Great place to get away!

This is just what we were looking for. Remote, private and beautiful. The cabin had everything we needed. We enjoyed stargazing at night and watching the wildlife during the day. A nice short drive to Fredericksburg and other great stops. Thank you!

This property is out in the country, so it was very peaceful. Tons of stars at night! The cabin is decorated really cute and well supplied. We liked that they had a regular coffee maker and a kurig single coffee maker. Watch for deer on your drive out there!

Super clean cabin

The cabin was super clean! Decorated very nice and had everything we needed. Loved watching all the deer in the morning and evening. Definitely a no frills exterior but exceeded all expectations on the inside. Hosts were super sweet and responded promptly when asked a question. Would stay here again.

Awesome getaway

Nice, private cabin. Lots of wildlife and wildflowers when we were there. The only thing I recommend is to bring spices if you plan on cooking, and they have everything else you need!
