“Second time I stayed here. Bed is good and firm. But the sheets, even tho they were clean, had stains. Very thin walls. I heard when the neighbour spoke on the phone in the room next door. Or when people came in late and spoke in the hallway. Bathroom needs to be updated. Very hot water in one tap and very cold in one. Wall paper is coming off in the room. “On arrival looked lovely but soon noticed cobwebs & spiders on bedroom walls near the windows. Dust behind the taps on the bathroom sink. The shower temperature is broken so it cant be adjusted. No hangers in the twin bedroom, only 5 hangers in the main wardrobe but wardrobes smell foisty. Pillows on all beds very thin & too soft (no spare pillows). Built in washer - cupboard door doesn't stay closed. To top it off in the twin bedroom, 1 bed had a brown mark on the top of the quilt cover! My son...

“We arrived in the evening and found our beautiful abode waiting. We was impressed straight away with the layout and everything. The bed was so comfy we didn't want to get uo and the lounge was as it says city and relaxing. We was 5 mins walk down to beach and our pooch loved it. The pool and sauna was really pleasing after facing the cold out on the wintry mornings. A great find. Thankyou.”

"The reception employees were not service minded during check in and out. I arrived at 11 am and asked about the possibility of early check in (anytime before 15:00 even paid for). The receptionist asked for my name and once I gave it, the reply was No, it's fully booked even though: - he didn't even check. - a couple that he helped before me got to check in. - when I came back in the evening and asked for a floor fan, the evening receptionist said he'd look for any available in the "unoccupied rooms". Concluding that morning receptionist lied and the hotel wasn't actually fully booked. "
