“Do not trust this hotel with your Expedia reservation.
We arrived around 9:00 p.m. and found no one at the front desk. After waiting 3 to 4 minutes, a staff member finally appeared. When I gave him my name, he called another employee over, and the two spoke in Spanish for about five minutes without explaining what was happening with our check-in.

“The gentleman at the front desk was wonderful, staff was friendly, although our room was the filthiest hotel room Ive ever stayed in. I took an extra toothbrush and removed the black mold and soap scum that was so thick it stopped the water from coming through the shower head. Dead bugs, spiders, cob webs, walls covered in dust, the hotel was booked due to a concert and we had to make this work, reached out to the assistant GM through email lets see how long it takes for her to respond.
