“The room was ok. The breakfast was not good. When we went out in the evening we couldn’t get into our room again turns out the room were double booked and the hotel had let somone else in. The issue were solved but the frontdesk didn’t do much to make us feel safe again.”

“Pool was closed hotel was under renovations breakfast was not good at all and area staff was super rude. Hours for buffet was Sat and Sunday 6am to 9:30 be there by 9 or staff won’t help. Monday or week holiday buffet is closed at 9. Not good service at all. Didn’t feel safe and room are falling apart. Should not be on Expedia site.”

“All staff I dealt with were great especially the two managers that were on duty. Renovations look decent but you can tell it’s cheaper furniture. Floors in the room were not very clean in some spots, and the top on the bed was dirty. Their “brand standard” breakfast is a major letdown, boring and not appetizing. You can tell the switch the a Comfort is making the hotel run down. You can tell they need some touch up maintenance in the rooms due to the renovation's. Stayed here about 2 years ago...
