Enter the property into a very inviting space featuring dining table and seating, leading through into a well equipped utility area, with washing machine and separate dryer, plenty of storage, and space to hang coats, leave boots etc. Walk from the dining area into the kitchen. There is an original Aga for cooking, plus a microwave. Fridge freezer, dishwasher and fully stocked cupboards with everything required for a comfortable stay, including plenty of crockery, cutlery, pans etc. The kitchen leads through to a lovely, cosy living room, with Smart tv, wood burning stove and comfy seating. All of the downstairs area has fabulous stone flooring, underfloor heating is available.

Upstairs you will find 2 good sized bedrooms, one with a superking bed (180cm) which can split into twins if required, the other is a king. Modern bathroom with beautiful green tiles. The property is very light throughout, giving it a warm and inviting feeling. It benefits from an excellent standard of décor, with the use of high quality fabrics, furniture and styling.

It has a very attractive garden, with outdoor seating, fantastic for Summertime. It’s particularly well suited for families, with attractive swing and treehouse in the garden, and lots of wonderful country walks on the doorstep. There is a shed providing secure bike storage. The Joiners Arms is a very well known pub over the road, attracting people from all around the local area. Hampsthwaite is located approximately 6 miles north-west of Harrogate. Free parking is on the street, and good wifi available throughout. The cottage is pet-friendly.
