We stayed at this hotel for four nights and were very disappointed with the overall experience. The property is in serious need of updating and proper maintenance. The room assigned to us had a 3-inch hole in the wall and smelled strongly of smoke. When we brought this to the front desk, the response was simply that it was "ok," with no effort made to offer another room.
The included breakfast was also lacking—scrambled eggs and sausage patties sat in a water bath, and aside from some fruit, the options were very limited. Housekeeping was another major issue. During our entire stay, the room was never cleaned, the bed was not made, and towels were not replaced. Only later were we told that housekeeping had to be requested in advance and that "all hotels operate this way," which we know is not true.
The property itself showed further signs of neglect: peeling wallpaper, carpets that clearly needed a deep cleaning, and an overall feeling of poor upkeep. We had originally planned to extend our stay for another week, but due to the lack of housekeeping service and the hotel’s poor condition, we made the decision to move to another hotel instead.
