“Staff was very friendly, but the room was not in good condition. The matress was 'broken' with a large divot on one side. The was a whole in the wall as if someone had punched or kicked the wall in (broken plaster). The exterior entrance room door didnt have a working latch/lock. The toilet ran throughout most of the night and the wall sockets had no plates. And lastly the TV had no sound and the remote did not work (it was also broken with pieces hanging off).”

“The hotel was in a convenient location, right off of I-95, and had ample, safe parking. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was good on the day we stayed. It included cheese omelette, a variety of breads, muffins, cinnamon roll, cereals, yogurts, hard boiled eggs, biscuits & mushroom gravy. The coffee was excellent, they have a machine that grinds beans every time it brews a cup of coffee. My only issue is that breakfast was until 9:30a.m. and by 9:15 there was only one cheese...

“Ac kept room clean. Was not the season for pool. Staff was very helpful”

“Slept well. Good room for the price, but started to have some serious wear and pool was a little bit dirty. A few minor things broken in the room. Breakfast was ok! Thanks for a good stay”

“I called ahead to request a pack and play for our small child in our suite for when we arrived since it was going to be late, they said no problem. We asked the front desk if the pack and play is in the room already, they said yes. We got in the room.. and the pack and play was not there. The TV didn’t work at all. When we told the front desk, he said he was aware and that’s been broken for a while (so why wouldn’t you tell us before checking us in??) and offered to move us to a diff room, but...

“Looks like the owners are doing a lot of work on the property however, cleanliness is doable but not done. Our room was supposed to have 2 beds in it but the first room we got looked like someone was still in it. Unmade bed, clothes on chair and a huge fan in the middle of the room. Second room, single bed and ac wasn’t producing and it stunk. I had to show the clerk that I paid for a room with 2 beds and he finally said they didn’t have one available. The 3rd room looked ok, ac cranking,...

“We walked in looked around and left. My child had a reaction to something in the room. Terrible area and room.”

“No door lock, toddlers feet were black bc the room was dirty, AC unit didn’t work, manger tried to take my key card after concerns and give my room away with the items still in the room. Phone in room didn’t work, the fumes of paint were nauseating ”

“The bedroom door didn't close as it should. The smell was not good, despite showing the room as if there was breakfast they didn't have.”
