Overview:
Newly built 3 bed town house, all bedrooms ensuite. Decorated to the highest standard with all modern luxuries: Fast WIFI, Netflix account and you can even enjoy a Tassimo coffee in the morning!

A Family friendly space or a romantic getaway.

3 minutes walk from the sea and the beautiful exclusive beaches of Harwich. A 5 minute cycle from the award winning beaches of Dovercourt and the famous Banksy. 2 minutes walk from the station with good access to London.

Fascinating area to explore on foot or by bike!

The Space:
Why not come and luxuriate in the high count satin cotton sheets in our Kingsize bed, whilst drinking fresh coffee and watching the bedroom TV?

If you come with your family then a cot and high chair are available, as is a selection of toys, board games and books. Dogs are welcome, only with well behaved owners!

All bedrooms are ensuite and the twin room even boasts fully channeled blackout blinds in case your guests are light sensitive.

The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and washing machine/tumble. All utensils are available to cook if you fancy that, but I'd also recommend the fish and chips from the shop 2 mins walk away!

The lounge offers a large sofa, 40 inch 4K smart TV (with Netflix account included) and a dining table to work on, eat at, or just play a game on.

There is a generous private outside garden with a patio, table and chairs to enjoy a sunny and peaceful glass of something special. The garden perfectly catches the morning sunshine and is perfect for breakfast and coffee in the morning.

There are even two bikes available for your use to explore the beautiful local beaches and area. Why not take them on the foot ferry and explore Felixstowe for the day if you're feeling adventurous?

    Lovely place! We had a great time. Lizzie was very responsive in her communication every step of the way. Highly recommend this property for location and for its set up.

    Cousins’ reunion

    I was tasked with finding a house to enable six cousins to stay for a few days - two from Australia the rest from Norfolk & Hertfordshire. Other Essex cousins would visit for a day, so the brief was a house with three en-suites; space to eat & a garden! This property ticked all the boxes & I was delighted when the host confirmed our dates! The contact with her was easy - as I’d booked, it was in my name & I was able to send my Aussie cousins the arrival details. They arrived two days before the rest of us & pronounced it a ‘great place’! When the remaining four of us arrived, my husband & I had been allocated the top floor bedroom. The sun shone, so we were able to start our reunion with fizz in the garden! We had brought various components for our first night dinner & found the kitchen very well-equipped. The instructions using various appliances were in the folder, although my Australian cousin needed our help with the washing machine as automatics are not standard ‘down under’!! Strangely, whilst the kitchen cupboard was stocked with dishwasher tabs & washing up liquid etc, each en-suite only had half a roll of toilet paper! Our room run out so we resorted to redistributing sheets from the others! Luckily four of us left just as two en-suites were ‘toilet paper free zones’. My Aussie cousins managed to stay another day with paper! Checking with the host, she suggested that they don’t usually supply enough for a whole trip! A shame for such a fabulous property!

    A beautiful home which made the stay that extra bit special.

    More than we could have asked for. Beautiful home with lovely little touches throughout. Wonderful welcome tray and each room felt as comfortable and welcoming as the next. Would 100% recommend and stay at again 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

    House is immaculate and finished to a high standard

    Really lovely welcome pack left by the hosts / owners. House is immaculately presented and clean. Secure back garden for dog. Location is about a 10 minute walk to the harbour. Quiet neighbourhood but central for amenities. Secure parking for 1 car, we parked the second car on the road outside the house which was no issue. Would highly recommend and will definitely be booking again when we visit Harwich next year.
