“We stayed under 2 separate reservations because we extended our stay but could not book the same room type.
Staff was very helpful and understanding.
Helped us baggage forwarding to Tokyo.”

“Good place, excellent location and lots of charm. Common toilet and shower right next to the reception, ie no privacy. No frills at all. Not thoroughly cleaned.”

“Vi fick uppgradera rum!! Fint och mycket bekvämt rum fast inte tyst (bredvid gatan). Underbart buffé med både japansk och western mat. Vänliga personell.”

“Very cute guest house, we enjoyed our stay in the family room. The staff was very accommodating and hold our luggage prior to checking in. There’s a very good soba/udon restaurant (Dote) nearby. The beach is very close by as well. ”

“The staff were very nice. Bushi-san was busy on my day of arrival (they have a lot of activities in Kamakura), but they left me a welcome packet with all the information. I met Bushi-san the morning after for breakfast. I also got to meet Yoko-san. She was very kind.
The guesthouse is small, and the building is old and charming. I slept on a futon in a room equipped with tatamimats and traditional screen doors. It was amazing to sleep in a traditional room. The futon is perhaps on the thinner...

“Beautiful hotel. It was very clean and had a mid century clean design. Front desk and room service were very friendly and polite. Awesome view from window to see Mount Fuji! Short walk to the beach. I want to come back and stay more than one night.”
