“Fantastisk upplevelse, personalen var varm och omhändertagande, vi bjöds på matcha på traditionsenligt sätt i ett te-rum innan incheckningen fullbordades på rummet med ännu en kopp te och traditionella sötsaker. Fina rum i riktig gammal japansk stil, rymligt för fyra vuxna. Frukosten var fantastisk. Något hårda/tunna futons, men är man van vid dem är det inga problem.”

“Escaping from daily busy life. From the beginning the hospitality was warming and excellent. The front desk lady super duper nice, showed us the facility, amenities and genuinely happy to have us the onsen/ryokan experience. The bath house was nice and clean. The room with the view of the city was just spectacular a delicious traditional Japanese breakfast. i highly recommended this to get away from the hustle and bustle of OSAKA.”

“This is our favorite place to stay this Japan trip. The room is very large and spacious. The deep outdoor soaking tub is a huge plus traveling with a kid. You have to walk up the stairs to the 3rd floor but they have a luggage/cargo elevator so all you need to do is to walk yourself up there without the hassle to haul luggages. Parking is not included but there is a small paid parking lot right next to the backstreet of the hotel. Walking distance to JR Nara station.”

“Ägaren/värden var mycket välkomnande och stället kändes traditionellt japanskt, personligt och trevligt. Ligger lite avsides, men inte värre än att det är promenadavstånd till alla attraktioner. Det finns en mindre tågstation några minuter från platsen som man kan byta till när man kommer till Nara, om man vill få kortare att gå. Rummet i sig var egentligen inget rum utan bara draperier som avskärmade ett område med två våningssängar från en större våning. Det var därmed ingen ljudisolering på...

“I will start by saying I normally find premium brands of hotel chains not great value for price. But not the JW Marriott Nara! From the minute we checked in the service and hospitality was tremendous. Even the smell of the hotel was unique and comforting. “Very good location, and since the rain was pouring down when we arrived, the fact that the accomodation is under one of the streets with roof, meant we could change clothes and the walk with dry clothes to find dinner. The room was cozy and we slept like puppies :-)”

“天気があまり良くない中、それを感じさせないスタッフの皆さんの対応力には、日本のサービスの質の良さを改めて感じさせられました。オプションのアクティビティや露天風呂の予約もその場ででき、予約時には知りませんでしたが、満喫できました。インバウンドに辟易していたので、それを感じなかったのが何より良かったです。 レストランでの食事も完璧でした。 これからも日本のゲストを大切に、この素晴らしいスタイルを崩さずにいて欲しいです。奈良に来る時には、こちらにお世話になりたいです。”
