“Amazing hotel! The staff was great, views were stunning (we never grew tired of it!) and the room/rent was extraordinary, wonderful to wake up to the view. The staff were very attentive and helped with everything, even a hospital visit was solved in and out within 30 minutes from the request. Breakfast was very good, ala carte menu was average. Very bumpy road to get up there though. ”

“Ett helt unikt hotell. Vi har bott på många hotell runt om i världen men detta va one of a kind. Miljön, personalen, maten ja allt 11/10 poäng ”

“Fantastic location within an Tea estate up in the hills. You can take walks with a guide who will show/tell you about different animals and plants. There is an amazing infinity pool with beautiful views. Rooms are spacious and nice. Staff is wonderful. A perfect place if you want peace and quiet. ”

“Ayaana Boutique Hotel is a new and modern family owned hotel located approximately 15-20 minutes drive from Kandy city centre, the Temple of the Tooth, and the train station. It's easy to reach with a taxi or tuk-tuk (and the hotel staff love to help you out). The rooms are modern, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The hotel also offers a relaxing pool area, a nice gym, home cooked tasty food, and much more. The staff is welcoming and extraordinary service minded. This was by far the best...

“Rummet vi hade bokat läckte in vatten från taket. Det nya rummet var inte av den typ vi bokade utan en lägre standard. Vi fick inte något i kompensation. Hotellet var annars fint och service var väldigt bra. Däremot så inte servicen från managern ”

“Everything was nice and clean, staff was very friendly. ”

“Personalen var fantastiska, rummet var jätte fint det som störde mig mest vart att det var smutsigt i fogarna i badrummet och att kylskåpet i sovrummet lät som en jet motor maten var ganska halvdan”

“Magisk fin plats, pool och service.”

“Comfortable rooms, excellent service, friendly staff, lovely food. Highly recommended.”

“Mycket vackert ställe! Rent och bekvämt. Mycket bra service. Skulle absolut bo igen. ”

“We stayed for three nights. Absolutely amazing hotel. Staff were amazing and specially we need to mention our butler, Sakunthala and she was great and made our stay extremely memorable and special. Food was amazing too. We wanted to see Kandy perahara and the general manager immediately contacted the manager from queens hotel Kandy, who got us excellent seats to watch the perahara. Staff were so friendly and made our trip truly enjoyable.”

“We had a wonderful stay. From check in to check out everything was efficient, professional & very friendly. The staff were amazing & their service outstanding. Breakfast was delicious & served with a breath taking view!! After a long dusty day to be able to return to the Sky Pavillion for dinner was a welcomed delight. The food was great, service superb, so relaxing. Our room was immaculate with an incredible view. Thank you for an amazing welcome to Sri Lanka.”

“Das Serendip Hotel liegt eigentlich traumhaft - aber in the middle of nowhere. Ohne telefonisches Anfordern eines tuktuk geht nichts. Das Personal war sehr freundlich aber wenig geschult. Die Zimmer wurden in den vier Tagen (von zwölf gebuchten) nicht einmal gemacht. Expedia sollte darauf hinweisen dass es ein prima geignetes Hotel ist für einen stop over in Kandy aber als Standorthotel eher ungeignet.”
