“first off the the employees were absolutely USELESS. we stayed FOUR nights and there was only ONE TIME we got back to our room and we didnt have to go to the front desk for a new key. i asked them if they had a manager or a number i could call because it was quite literally UNACCEPTABLE that i had to go back to the front desk THREE TIMES in one day because i told one of ladies my door wont unlock bc the lock was stuck so the door wouldnt shut. and she completely ignored me and just made me new...

“The room was a nonsmoking room, but all of our clothes smell like stale smoke. Our refrigerator did not work. We told the staff upon arrival, and they said someone would look at it. Never happened. There were 2 flimsy pillows on the bed, and the towels were small and thin. The best part of the room was the shower. The water was hot and the pressure really good. It’s a budget hotel. You get what you pay for. We would probably not stay there again.”

I did not stay for breakfast so went to McDonald instead for breakfast. It looks like management need to purchase a new water thermos to heat water for tea.
