âNo reception, you had to call a phone number and get a password for the digital doorlock. We had to wait 25 minutes in telephone que until answered. Then when answered they said the hotel was overbooked and our room therefore not available.
They had no excuse and according to the hotel we finally managed to find with an available room on a fully booked site, they said that this hotel do so over and over again to be sure having it fully booked even with last minutes cancelled rooms.

âThe view was amazing but I booked early to get a ground floor. There was alot of beach erosion and they moved us to a top floor. I asked if we could have the ground floor and they said no! Im handicapped so it was a problem! When the people came in Friday night and we were leaving Saturday morning they said no one asked them or they definitely would have switched with us!â

âWhile This property sits almost directly off the main drag, It's quiet. We slept like logs.
The rooms are clean and wonderfully decorated.
The young man who was behind the desk during our stay was so helpful, and I really appreciate that.â
