“I stayed at the property with my kids.
Unfortunately the beach was not accessible due to shoreline restoration work and that was a bummer.
I loved the fact that there was a linen exchange program so one could get clean towels and linens any time. Staff was super helpful. Property rooms were clean and fairly well maintained although the property itself looked quite worn out. Kids loved the pool.
I would have preferred having turndown service given that I stayed for around a week.

“First and foremost, the staff I communicated with before and during the stay were very friendly and helpful. Access to the beach was close, a five minute walk and we did not have to cross a road. There were plenty of towels in our room. It has a retro, quaint look, and the floors and the beds were clean. Those are the pros. “No reception, you had to call a phone number and get a password for the digital doorlock. We had to wait 25 minutes in telephone que until answered. Then when answered they said the hotel was overbooked and our room therefore not available.
They had no excuse and according to the hotel we finally managed to find with an available room on a fully booked site, they said that this hotel do so over and over again to be sure having it fully booked even with last minutes cancelled rooms.
