About this space
Your family will be close to everything when you book this centrally-located midtown property. This large home includes 4 bedrooms & 2.5 bathrooms. Its professionally decorated interior provides all the modern updates you would want in a 5-star quality property. It has FOUR separate spacious living room areas!. It also has a full kitchen, a separate kitchenette on the other end of the home, & on-site washer/dryer. It's the perfect Hub City location!

The space
You have separate bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen areas, and living rooms on BOTH ends of the house. It provides a huge amount of space with all the amenities you'll want and need in the perfect midtown location. It includes a king bed, 3 queen beds, a set of twin bunk beds, 2 large sectionals, 1 sofa bed, and an air mattress that can be provided if needed.

Guest access
This large house has two driveways and two private entrances for your convenience. It will perfectly accommodate a large group/family that may be bringing multiple cars or planning on booking for a long-term stay. This property is located in one of Hattiesburg's best neighborhoods - quiet, safe, and family-friendly!

Several Issues
When we arrived at the property to check in, we could not get in the door. we contacted the host and were told that we were being moved to another property a couple blocks away. The property we booked had been sold the week before, but we were not made aware of the change. The host said he contacted me through the Vrbo app, but I never received a communication. The host should have called to let me know of such a change, because the house we were sent to was not accommodating for our family. When comparing pictures of the sold property to the relocation, it looked as though the new location was not as nice or clean as the originally booked property. We also did not have the bedroom arrangement that we needed, and there were uneven floors. My elderly mother-in-law actually fell on the uneven part of the floor, and my two year-old nephew also fell. Two sets of adults had to sleep in the large bedroom that was counted as 2 bedrooms, because it had two beds. There was no wall dividing the space, therefore no privacy. My niece and nephew had to sleep on a fold out cot, and my daughter slept on a futon in the living room area. Had we stayed at the original booking, they all would have had beds. It took 3 hours for the host to send us the WiFi code after asking 3 times. We were unable to use the TV, which had to be connected to Wi-Fi, because the remote was not the right one for the tv. Overall, the home needs several repairs: exterior doors, flooring, window coverings, etc.

Potential for Greatness, But Safety Concerns Linger
We recently stayed at this vacation rental, and while the house showed promise with its ample space and separate living quarters, our experience was marred by significant safety issues. Several windows failed to lock, including the bathroom window, which also lacked a curtain, raising concerns about privacy. The back patio door did not seem closed securely (it seemed like it could easily be pushed open even if it was locked), but the discovery of a hidden living space beneath the house, undisclosed during booking, left us feeling uneasy throughout our stay. We always felt like someone could be down there! The overall cleanliness of the house (particularly the refrigerator and layout area) left much to be desired. On a positive note, the house offered generous space and the separate living quarters were a plus. Unfortunately, we struggled to find information on connecting to the Wi-Fi, adding to the list of inconveniences. Addressing these safety and cleanliness issues would undoubtedly elevate this property to its full potential.

Birthday and Gymnastics
We were in Hattiesburg for my niece's birthday and gymnastics competition. There were 9 of us and 1 small dog. This home was well taken care of and plenty of room for all of us. The host responded within an hour to any questions asked. Large backyard with swing set. New game boards were available which we all enjoyed. We hated leaving. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Stay
Me an my family enjoyed the house the kids loved the playground and also the zoo was 10-15 minutes away from the house. The shopping centers are literally on one strip we did not have to go all around the world. Thank you and we will be back for another vacay stay.
