“The front desk staff was rude, especially the unpleasent girl who checked us out on the 8th of June. Almost had to argue with her to get her to call a taxi since we didnt want to cross the road in the pouring rain. It was clearly more important to look at her phone and probably some sort of film. “Finding the entrence to the hotel was not an easy task even though we took a taxi! The city has all it's traffic running 'underneath' the city itself and the hotel can be a bit hard to locate. Once checked-in our stay was great! Clean and comfortable rooms, breakfast buffet with a good selection of options and pool/relax facillity that was highly appritiated! (Got an e-mail from the hotel where they promoted the pool/relax with 1 hour for free, only a reservation was needed. But when we...

“Väldigt bekvämt hotell när man gör ett snabbstopp i Bryssel. Vill man inte ta gratisbussen går man ledigt till hotellet på 10 minuter. Helt ok frukost… lite segt att påkalla omelettgubbens uppmärksamhet ibland 😀. Finns helt ok restauranger på gångavstånd.”
