Myself and 3 family members recently spent 5 days and 4 nights at Art Boutique Havana. Off top, please double check your reservations to make sure you book for the correct number of people. Because your cost also has a "per person" booking cost. Ok now to the review: The location of the property was perfect for us. The area is completely walkable to many landmarks, cute little eateries and shops. You can walk in either direction and get what you are looking for. Pick your direction of walking to experience: Older buildings with locals living life daily, cute and modern eateries, tourist areas close enough to the many squares and the water etc. Also, my other family members are all women. WE WERE and FELT SAFE. Bring some comfortable shoes, hire a trusted guide, and enjoy! The accommodation's were good for our group of four. Breakfast and coffee was included daily from 8am-10am. The staff was friendly and helpful. My overall take away was the friendliness and happiness of the Cuban people we encountered in general. You will not regret stating at Art Boutique Havana. You will be well taken care of. Enjoy!

The staff is exceptionally kind. The hotel manager, Ali, helped us arrange the taxis for the rest of our trip through Cuba and followed up with us when we had problems. He also helped us with accommodation in other cities. True 5-star VIP service in this hotel. If it's your first time in Cuba, this is your place to stay, and from here, you can plan everything else!

This warm place will bring you comfort and all the essentials. Great team.. respectful and always ready to help you, property has a unique design/ style with its own charm. Great roof-top garden terrace, extra-clean, Wi-Fi 24/7, and a prime location in Old Havana. My stay there for 8 nights made my Havana trip more than pleasant. I want to thank everyone for making me feel welcome. I would return anytime!

I wanted to be amongst the local ppl and this hotel is right in Old Havana. It gives an accurate depiction of life under communism. Ppl are very nice and I always felt safe at all hours but then again, I don't obsess over news and feel right at home in my hometown of Houston, too. Lovely rooftop and breakfast areas. Staff were super helpful and nice. We will be back and book here again!

Adequate for a night or two
Was hard to find on a small side street. Staff member very nice! Bed ok, bathroom had no amenities, not even bar of soap. Good sized room, good air con.

Great stay. Nice accommodations. My favorite part of my stay were the Cuban people. I was taught a valuable lesson on my trip. Money and convenience doesn’t always make for a better, happier life. All the smiles and love that surrounded me gave me a sense of pride to be human again in this world that can be so cold. 🇨🇺

Buen Hotel para descansar y conocer Centro Habana
Es un hotel donde puedes descansar, gracias a que esta algo aislado del bullicio de la calle. A una distancia aceptable de los principales puntos de interes. Personal amable y habitacion comoda. El desayuno es muy basico y solo hay 2 mesas para 2 personas c/u, pero te sirven con buena gana y atencion.

Excelente en todo
Excelente servicio, atención, súper ubicado, cerca de lo más turístico de La Habana vieja y el personal en especial Saúl, Alíen y Luis, te hacen sentir en casa, fueron muy amables y atentos en todo momento. Adrián es el artista que decora con su fotos y pinturas y tuvimos el gusto de conocerlo y nos firmara algunas de sus obras que adquirimos. Lo recomiendo ampliamente 😊

They gave me breakfast every day without a bottle of water and they put some bottle of water inside of my room without tell me nothing about them when I checked out they made me pay each bottle of the put inside the room just imagine I was there for 8 days and eat every morning with no water a side

Want a real experience of Havana - Stay here
This is a fabulous place to stay and really get an immersive experience of Havana. It is located in a central location so accessing all parts of Havana are within walking distance. But what sets this place apart are the staff : As newcomers to Havana, Luis Miguel and Donna and other staff took care of us in terms of money, transportation, eating and even when I got a head cold! We would stay here again hands down.

Good location. Close to many restaurants and attractions. Breakfast was great each morning. Staff are very friendly. There was air conditioning, the room was kept clean, and there was warm water. What more can you ask for? Overall I would recommend this hotel.

good but nothing special
stay was pleasant and quiet. staff was friendly and helpfull. breakfast was very basic little to no choice compared to other Hostels it was poor. bathroom was clean shame that there was no holder for the showerhead.

Debemos destacar que nuestra instalación no promociona piscina pues en Habana Vieja no se permite su construcción. Sobre la conexión a Internet, ciertamente hemos presentado fallas a nivel nacional y nuestra TV también la usa. Lamentamos los inconvenientes que pueda haber tenido. Esperando verla nuevamente en Art Boutique Havana.
