Sra Hanna lundgren :Usted y su novio llegaron el dia 18 de Diciembre a las 8:45 pm, se le entrego la habitacion ( Dandole un Upgrade de una habitación Small Standard a una Suite con terraza }y al otro dia a las 11:30 am, ustedes le comunicaron a la Gerente la perdida de esos objetos,y ella les sugirio, que revisara mas minuciosamente su equipaje pues nadie habia entrado a su habitacion desde el dia anterior, en que se preparo para esperar su llegada {y las llaves de las habitaciones estaban en poder de la gerente , que las entrega a la camarera despues de las 12 del dia }, pero ademas le insistio en llamar a la policia para formular una denuncia, pues frecuentemente estos objetos son sustraidos en el aeropuerto, Ustedes se negaron, manifestando que querian llamar a su hijo para asegurarse de no haberlo dejado en su casa, Osea, ustedes nunca quisieron formular la denuncia porque no estaban seguros donde extraviaron esos objetos, Les propusimos llamar a la poicia y le insistimos pues estabamos seguros que no se habian perdido en Casavana .Ustedes vinieron directo del aeropuerto haciendo escalas,como pueden acusarnos sin tener la seguridad que no se les extravio en el trayecto ? Como se atreven a acusarnos públicamente de algo de tanta gravedad ??. Por que no formulo esa denuncia cuando se encontraba en Casavana, a pesar de disponer de 3 dias para hacerlo? y de nosotros insistirles en varias ocasiones para que lo hicieran !!! Con qué propósito está haciendo esto ahora ?? A futuros clientes, por favor leer los mas de mil comentarios publicados, nuestro personal es de entera confianza. Nosotros tenemos más de 25 años de trayectoria de honestidad en esta industria, ademas contamos con clientes que nos visitan todos los años y ni siquiera usan la caja fuerte, porque en Casavana Nunca se ha perdido nada.!!!
