Kunde varit fantastiskt
Skulle kunna vara ett helt fantastiskt hotell om de hade haft förmågan att underhålla hotellet så man slipper mögelangrepp och söndriga badrum. Väldigt trevlig utsikt från vissa rum och en toppentrevlig takterrass.

I was sexually harassed by a member of staff at this hotel! Do not go here! I was a young woman travelling alone. I paid the extortionate price for a room in this hotel as I thought it would help guarantee some degree of safety. I was very wrong. I called to book a massage only to be sent to a room (very very suspicious). I felt really cut off from the rest of the hotel. The man that was massaging me began to touch me sexually, removing my underwear. He would not stop when I asked again and again. Disgusting and terrible do not send your daughters here do not allow your female family members to book this hotel. For reference this was in 2018. I was staying in a suite.

The staff we're wonderful. Helpful and friendly and went out of their way to ensure that our stay was as good as it could be.

Nice pool, great breakfast. Bathroom and tub nice and big. Front Door did not have consistent staffing, bar had no mint in a town famous for the mojito, welcome drink was non-alcoholic. 2 room phones didn’t work. WiFi required constant signing in again.

The woman who met us was not polite. Got the impression we where not high class enough. The guy who showed us our rom where very polite, so thats good. Some of the drinks buy the pool where watered out. There was mould on the floor in the bathroom. I saw a kackeoch (kakelakk) in the elevator. The pool was clean. The bed was comfertabel. Felr safe at the hotel with corona raiding.

A super stay but service is lacking
Great location, super comfortable room, quiet and a well stocked bathroom (and great water pressure and temp).Rooftop pool area was lovely (albeit the pool was excruciatingly cold). Service was indifferent at best (especially an underwhelming check in and check out).

Excellent
Great stay and location! Very central to all Old Habana. Staff was excellent, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was also very good. French press coffee was exemplary. Would recommend and would stay again!

We loved the friendly and helpful staff, the smaller size of the hotel, an understated elegance and maturity of the building and its decor, and the location was perfect in that it was out of the fray, with fabulous views. The pool on the roof, an oasis.

De manière générale, très bien, toutefois, un désagrément est à signaler. Au check out, j’ai expressément demandé si je pouvais me changer dans l’hôtel en reprenant mes bagages dans l’après-midi. L’hôtesse d’accueil m’a dit qu’il n’y avait pas de problème. À mon retour, j’ai demandé où je pourrais me changer et une autre hôtesse, au demeurant désagréable, m’a dit que ce n’était pas possible, malgré que l’ont m’aie dit le contraire durant le check out du matin. J’ai dû insister et demander un responsable pour trouver un local pour me changer ! C’est une première !

Recommended hotel
very good hotel, lovely staff, excellent location, beautiful building, wonderful city. Although the room rate seems expensive, it is worth it as the hotel is very good.

Comfortable stay!
Amazing hotel! Have a classic taste but everything is convenient and well maintained. Location is great. Beautiful sunset view from The rooftop pool. Amenities were great as well, complimentary water, wifi was good too. Just the drainage of the shower booth wasn’t good. Everything else was awesome!

Disappointing Hotel Saratoga
The Saratoga is very tired. Water luke warm. We arrived at 4.30pm and room not ready. When we got into the room the smell of damp was just awful and could not be fixed. But position of hotel in the center of Havana is perfect. Bed was fine but with a waterproof undershoot which crackled. Poor service and one of the elevators not working. Definitely way over priced for $390.00 for what was a two star experience

I liked the staff. Everything was clean. Air conditioning worked great. Shower didn’t have great power and wasn’t always as hot as I like. Good at hotel was fine.

Great Hotel. 5 star all the way.
What a Beautiful hotel. It’s centrally located. Walking to just about everywhere. Beautiful view of the capital building. The staff was great. Very accommodating, accept for the woman that worked the overnight shift at the front desk. She is an angry person and the least bit helpful. The bar area is beautiful. Drinks were inexpensive. Great bar bite menu. Food was great. My stay was everything I wanted it to be plus some. The room was gorgeous. High ceilings, floor to ceiling plantation shutters. I felt like I was in the 50’s. It was super cool and authentic to Cuban decor. Very clean. I can’t wait to go back.
