Very nice stay
Good hotel, a bit far out the city but has a free bus several times during the day. Huge pool (too bad it's not warmed up so a bit cold in January but still possible to swim). Breakfast was fine, room very comfortable... Food is fine and some good restaurants 20min walking distance. Good wifi signal. Good stay :)

Avoid the asian restaurant, vegetables are not prepared the right way and food is ok. No sake. Paying by credit card is complicated.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a little cold but I found the chef that makes omelettes to your specification, and that solved the problem. A huge selection of food, by the way. Very nice pool and swim-up bar. The pool is HUGE! There is a separate part designated for children, which is nice. The only complaint I have is the internet, which I needed from time to time. You can only have internet on ONE device at a time. And, if you are not using the internet, it disconnects you. I don't know the length of time, but maybe one hour or so. Even that would be manageable, but the user id and password are long numbers, so long that you couldn't memorize them. The positive point about the internet was that it was strong in the sports bar and fair at the pool bar. Again, the internet does not remember you device so you have to go through the long login each time. All in all, I would give this hotel the highest marks except for the internet.

Hotel staff very friendly. The service was excellent. Also the breakfast/brunch was delicious with an ample selection. Hotel offer a free Shuttle to different locations in Old Havana. I definitely recommend this Hotel.

We had an amazing trip! The Hotel's Club Area, called 'The Level' made the trip, and Addys, RossMary and Rocio were very helpful for us on our first trip to Cuba. We will definitely return!
