Detta loggar hem med intressant konstverk från hela världen, med en skärmad in, soluppvärmd pool är en semester på sig själv. Tänk på egenskaperna centrala läge från: Atlantkusten - 1 timme, Gulf Coast - 1 1/2 timmar, Disney - 2 timmar och University of Florida - mindre än 30 minuter. Inom 20 miles finns 10 sjöar, floder, strömmar, kristallklara fjädrar för fiske, paddling, paddling och simning. Nice and quiet getaway. Perfect place if you want serenity. Love the cabin set up and the owner was very nice. A pool to relax in and a lake to take the kayaks out was great to enjoy the weekend.

We had a great time. The cabin was very comfortable and cozy. Well furnished. The pool was great. Good location. Perfect for what we needed. Only 2 points of disappointment. The internet was slow. Not working in bad weather. Probably could not be helped. The upstairs beds need a better frame. The one they are on has a ridge down the middle. Not very comfortable One more suggestion a bigger umbrella would provide better shade poolside on sunny days.

Cabin By The Lake is a great little retreat away from the crowds. This is the place you want to go for a quiet, peaceful, secluded tranquil vacation in a charming, updated cabin. Owner Sharon and property manager Rob were always a text away if you needed anything. The pool was where we spent most of the time. Clean and warm the whole 2 weeks we were there. Then there's the 200 foot secluded boardwalk to the lake with a Gazebo and kayaks to use. I didn't catch any fish mainly because I don't know how to freshwater fish. I know salt water. Lol. If you're looking for a nice quiet Vaca and have family to visit if you want, it would be a perfect opportunity to use the cabin. And not to mention that they furnished a lot of towels , and in the kitchen there's everything you need... most of the spices, coffee, sugar, Etc. It's well stocked more than I've ever seen on another stay anywhere. Thanks again Sharon and Rob, we will be booking again for next summer. 😊

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was perfect to spend quality time with the family. While it does have access to television, we found the board games, swimming, fishing, kayaking and rec room activities filled up all of our time, so no screen time was needed. The hosts were very responsive and really nice too.

We had a lovely stay at the lakefront log home for my son’s UF graduation. The log home was a terrific place to hang out, visit, and celebrate. We really enjoyed the pool, the lake & kayaks, and the game house with foosball and ping pong. We did some grilling and cooking in the ample kitchen. It was very comfortable for eight adults. Sharon was a wonderful hostess, even treating us to a bottle of champagne to celebrate the graduation. Overall much better than paying for several hotel rooms for the special event. It would be perfect for a UF football weekend. Thanks very much!

Everything was perfect!!!! There have been updates since the pics were posted online. The pool is amazing but nothing compares to that walk out to the beautiful dock. Best week ever and property owner thinks of everything!!!!

This is a nice place to get away from it all. You can fish or kayak on the lake and swim in the pool. The owner has made some nice updates and is very responsive.

We’ve been checking out different places in Florida for 5 years now and this is our favorite place so far. We like the quiet and nature of this place and still get the benefit of a heated, screened in pool. The new owners are doing a great job making improvements if needed and were very responsive to our questions and needs. We are already planning a return visit.

It was super fun and relaxing. The pool was great and the only suggestion is to have more lights in the swimming pool area. However, it was amazing experience.

Kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfortable though twins need updating. Pool is great, hot tub under repair. Dock and kayaks great. Screened in porch. 5 adults for retreat - it was perfect. Some minor repairs needed, improved lighting would be helpful. Would return!

We took our family of 6 for a sucluded florida vacation. This house was amazing. The location is private and quiet. The house was beautiful. Plenty space for everyone. The walk to the dock is beautiful and the built in lighting is a huge plus for walking back after sunset. The lake is very calm and peaceful with plenty of fish. We even saw an alligator. The rec house was great for the children to play in. The pictures don't do this location justice. The furniture and layout has been updated giving it a more homey feel. The location is about 30-40 minutes from the major cities but has convient shops within 10 minutes. The pool is refreshing and you can watch the children from the kitchen as they splash around. Unfortunately the hot tub was broken but besides that everything was fabulous. I recommend this property to anyone looking for a private florida getaway. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful cabin! We will definitely be booking this again in the future.

We LOVED this location! It has everything you need for a peaceful, fun, get-away. The owner is very responsive and we will absolutely be renting it again, in the future. Watching the sunset from the dock, was my favorite.

This was an amazing stay. Me and my husband had a wonderful time. The house was great and the lake was beautiful. The pool was refreshing. Absolutely will be renting here again but for longer. Very quiet,peaceful, and away from others. Makes a great getaway with the husband. Thank you!!! !:))

Do yourself a favor and rent this property! We took seven teenage boys for a birthday celebration weekend and it was incredible. There is so much to do, even if it rains. The fish are abundant and the water is calm for kayaking. We didn't see any gators the whole time. Of course this is a body of water in Florida so they're probably somewhere but we didn't spot any. The boys loved the rec house with all the games and the outside tub and shower. The pool is large and stocked with plenty of toys and floats and the grounds are lush, peaceful, and well maintained. If you prefer indoor activities there are games and books and multiple TVs. And there is plenty of room for everyone. The owner was incredibly quick and responsive to every request and question. We couldn't be more satisfied. You will definitely get your money's worth here.
