“This was a very cool place to stay and great location. Room was nice and the staff were very helpful - there was one issue with my room and I asked the manager if he would be willing to comp a small part of the mini bar fee which he did so I appreciate that very much. Would definitely recommend the Grand Stark to anyone looking for accommodations in the area.”

“This was the nicest shared room I have ever stayed in. The staff is extremely helpful and incredibly friendly. The rooms are quiet, you cannot hear the bar downstairs. Highly recommend!”

“Booked a room that was stated wheelchair accessible bathroom on hotels.com, this was not the case at all when we arrived at the hotel. We managed to borrow a shower chair which was good. But not a comfortable stay for me as a wheelchair user. Nothing was done by the hotel to help this situation. Our other big thing is that we booked the hotel in particular because it had a pool (for our two kids). The pool was closed for maintenance and opened an hour before checkout.
