“I came from out of toen for my grandmothers funeral and the hot water didnt work and had to be moved three times and that still was not good enough for a hot shower . We spoke to the front desk and no typ of compensation was giving jut an apology smh.”

“Loved the welcome when we arrived and while at the hotel. Fresh coffee, tea and water in the lobby was a plus. Very clean. Easy access to Hall Rd. Lots of towels. Great tv. Felt secure. Knew we could ask staff about any concerns. Breakfast was good. Lovely lady that kept everything refilled. All in all, a great stay and great price. Will stay again when in the area. P.S. Lots of shopping and restaurants within 5-10 minutes away.”

“We were traveling with a small dog (six pounds) and selected the hotel based on pet friendliness. All the staff who met our dog were kind and happy to see her. The staff, in general were really very helpful and went out of their way to make the three of us welcome and comfortable. The property is well located. “This is a good hotel with friendly staff located in a calm area with shops like Target and Macy's nearby. The hotel is new with friendly staff and clean rooms with Home2 Suites standard. New and modern Tv. The hallways was also clean and smelled good. Elevator was modern, new and smelled good. Breakfast area was not crowdy and well organized with good options. Only issue was that the soap was empty in the shower two days in a row. Parking lot had good amount of places to park. I got good...

“Had to spend 3 days at this hotel. My daughter had Dr Appointments. No issues...everyone was nice, needed more towels, got them in a timely manner, check out was seamless. You could tell employees enjoyed their jobs. Would stay again.”

“Lacretia (spelling?) who was working the front desk was very professional, kind and helpful. The cleaning staff also gets an A+! The pool, jacuzzi and sauna were very enjoyable and the on- site restaurant did not disappoint. $5 for the breakfast buffet every morning hit the spot. My husband loved the Fettuccine Alfredo and the drinks were good. This place is super charming and has a great price point. Highly recommend!”
