âWe had a great experience here. We were here for a couple of nights on the first leg of a longer trip that included upstate New York and Niagara falls. We would stay here again.â

No issues other than the toilet being loose, reported to the staff and they advised they would have it fixed, other than hearing a couple dogs bark here and there it was quiet. âA very unique property that is a mix of a VRBO and a smaller boutique hotel. It is part of a special event venue with two buildings surrounded by gorgeous grounds. There were 9 rooms oriented around a common great room with a full kitchen, huge dining table, fireplaces, couches and to my grandchildrenâs delight, several arcade games, foosball table and air hockey!

âThe property looked new and smelled new. They were in the middle of updating the hotel which was refreshing. Hopefully they look into the carpet in the elevator too. The breakfast spread was great also. The staff was very polite. Overall great experience. â
