“Everything you would need there is provided. The staff are so friendly and hospitable. They are also onsite and more than happy to help make your stay the best it can be. Would definitely return”

“This is absolutely unacceptable. I stayed here last week in another two-bedroom suite and had a great experience, which makes this even more disappointing. I am currently staying in Rooms 6111 and 6109 on a 2-day stay checking out friday May 29 , and upon entering we immediately found clumps of hair throughout the room. The carpets appear to not have been vacuumed properly, and one of the bedroom showers was absolutely filthy to the point where I had to rinse and clean it myself with the shower...

“A quiet little oasis escape in the city. Everything you needed was a short drive or walk from the hotel. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help or offer suggestions and went above and beyond. Can’t wait to come back for another escape. ”

“I had a difficult time getting and staying asleep due to a constant loud noise which either is from a rooftop HVAC unit or something internally in the building. I was so looking forward to a wonderful experience but this definitely impacted my stay. They really need to get this constant noise resolved”

“My family of four stayed over the weekend and we loved the hotel. They were undergoing renovations and honestly it didn’t hinder the experience in any way. The staff were super friendly and very helpful, the rooms were amazing and very clean and the few things we needed to request were brought up to our room within minutes. The pool and hot tub were great for all of us. We will absolutely be coming back!”
