Welcome to Mayflower Lakeside 938, a stunning new luxury duplex townhome nestled in the prestigious Mayflower/Deer Valley East Village area offer a blend of outdoor adventure, modern comfort, and serene mountain beauty. Located just minutes from the Jordanelle Reservoir and the Deer Valley Resort Jordanelle Express Chairlift, this is the perfect base for outdoor enthusiasts. A short 12-minute drive takes you to Park City's world-class ski resorts and the charm of Historic Main Street.

This beautifully designed two-level townhouse spans 2,652 square feet, offering modern comfort, high-end amenities, and scenic mountain and lake views. You will find four bedrooms three and a half bathrooms to accommodate up to 9 guests in ultimate comfort.

You will enter via garage or front door into an inviting foyer with coat hooks and space to store you gear. Then step into the bright and open floor plan with a high-ceiling and luxury furnishings.

Living Room:
The main level's spacious living room is elegant and comfortable. Relax on the plush sectional sofa or cozy chairs, and enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace while watching your favorite shows on the 65” Samsung Smart TV. For those quieter moments, a wall-mounted magnet scrabble board and shelves filled with books provide endless indoor entertainment. Double sliding doors open to a back patio, where a private hot tub await for peaceful outdoor evenings. There is also a gas BBQ to grill up your favorite meals.

Kitchen:
The modern chef's kitchen boasts a sleek design with stylish stone countertops and high-end Viking stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and French-door refrigerator/freezer. Bedroom 2 (Upper Level): This cozy room has a queen bed, a desk and chair, and ample closet space. It shares a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with the third bedroom, offering a dual sink vanity and a tub/shower combo.

Bedroom 3 (Upper Level): Perfect for families, this bedroom includes a twin platform bed over a queen bed, a double-door closet, a workspace, with access to the shared Jack-n-Jill bathroom.

Bedroom 4 (Main Level): A haven for entertainment, this bedroom has two twin beds, a 70” Samsung Smart TV, a foosball table, and games stored in the closet. The private en suite bathroom features dual sinks, a walk-in closet stocked with indoor games, a large glass/tile shower with a soaking tub situated inside.

Family Ski Trip

Great place to stay and the pictures represented the house perfectly. The location is great for the new Deer Valley ski lift.
