Property has amazing sunsets and Mountain View’s and stargazing at night. Set among numerous walking trails throughout the neighborhood and great for a walk along the Heber Canal. Summer months, you can float the canal for hours! 10 minutes from the Deer Valley Gondola and 25 minutes from The Canyons or Park City Resort. Easy access to Deer Creek and Jordanelle Reservoirs for water sports and swimming. And of course, hundreds of hiking paths all around!
- No smoking/vaping anywhere inside the premises
- We only allow 1 small dog 25 pounds or less and hypoallergenic
- No food is allowed in the living room.
- Keep pets off the furniture
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Unregistered guests/visits are not allowed. If you wish to bring someone outside your contract, please reach out to us
- Any excessive trash, there will be added fees for any additional trash left behind. If dumpsters are available you should see them nearby or check the guidebook under the dumpster tab.
- Do not flush feminine products, wet wipes, diapers, or anything other than toilet paper. The home is on a septic system and flushing these items may cause damage.
- A $200 refundable deposit or a $30 non-refundable damage waiver is required before check-in.

- 4wd and snow tires or chains highly recommended Dec through end of March or when snow is present.
