The main level showcases a bright open-plan living room and gourmet kitchen, while the lower level includes a second kitchen and inviting lounge. For entertainment, retreat to the stylish poker room—complete with a private bar and a TV. Also, enjoy the game room which offers a shuffleboard table, arcade games, and a 4-in-1 game table that includes; pool, air hockey, foosball, and ping pong.

Step into the serenity of your own private, fenced backyard retreat. After a day of mountain adventures, soak in the hot tub, gather by the glowing fire pit, or savor a grilled meal under the open sky. The spacious yard provides both comfort and privacy for your group to relax in style.

When it's time to rest, you'll find comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone. The home features TVs in nearly every bedroom and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout.

-Getting Around:

The property is conveniently located for travelers. You are just 25 minutes from the Provo bus and train stations, and approximately 45 miles from the Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC).

-House Rules:

To help everyone enjoy their stay and maintain a great relationship with our neighbors, we kindly ask that you follow these house rules:

- Quiet Hours: Please be mindful of noise between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- Occupancy: Your nightly rate includes up to 18 guests. Any additional people (including daytime visitors) will be charged $50 per person, per day.
- Pets: We do not allow pets. Service animals must be approved.
- Parking: A maximum of 6 cars are permitted. All vehicles must fit in the garage and driveway.

Due to strict city rules, parking on the street is not permitted at any time. Failure to follow the rules may result in fines

-Important Information:

* A rental contract is required to be reviewed and signed upon reservation.
* We do not provide coffee, coffee filters, or propane for the gas BBQ. Guests often leave some behind, but we recommend you bring your own.
* The ice maker in the refrigerator is not functional due to previous damage to our floor. Please plan accordingly and bring your own ice.
